I have not had this jar of honey long enough to form much of an opinion. I like the taste and was hoping that I would notice some improvement in the gerd I experience. In all fairness I dont think I've used it long enough to see any changes. I will keep using it and we'll see what happens. Thanks.

Saw Mark Wiens video promoting the ghost pepper powder and we had to get it. A bunch of my friends also ordered it but from Amazon which they got a day faster? No worries mine eventually arrived and we tried it out right away. I carry it with me in my bag in case I need that extra spice when dining out . I have another at home for the same reason. Love it on fried rice and noodles.
