I take 1 tsp. each evening and I find it’s great for oral health. One month after a thorough cleaning at the dentist, I started to get a plaque buildup. Since I’ve been using Kiva UMF 20+ and 15+, I find I have no more plaque buildup. I no longer need to floss.

This is my second bottle. I take it every morning with a small sip of kombucha to get rid of the taste. I think it's doing a good job...hair is growing well and I hadn't taken it one day and noticed I felt a little sluggish 🤷🏾‍♀️. I could use some coupons or free shipping though. I'd prefer not to order from Amazon, so would love a discount here.

Have been purchasing Manuka Raw Honey for years now. When Kiva came out with the snap to-go packets, I purchased a box of the UMF 20+, and have been using it ever since. Its a great afternoon pick-me up, great for cuts because of it's antibacterial /antiviral properties, and has great health benefits. I use it in my tea in place of sugar, plus it makes great yogurt honey popsicles.

I had never really paid attention to Paprika - didnt think there was anything really to it. I will NEVER buy 'grocery store' paprika again. Both of these have unique flavors and I love them both. Use the cocoa pwdr every day, along with the cinnamon, and Morongo pwdrs. Have not used the vanilla pwdr yet, starting to bake for the coming Holidays. Looking forward to trying it.

Wow, seriously who can go wrong with this money. I use it in tea from time to time, and I use it on my face with a little bit of filtered water and leave it on overnight. Of course make it thin enough where your face isn’t sticking to your pillow 😂. On my lips before bedtime. Great honey

I received my package of Ceylon cinnamon powder quite promptly, and it's very nice - and yes, "subtly sweet".
