I was excited to get the cart and start using it. On the third hole of my first round, the release pin fell out of the left wheel. The wheel kept disengaging and actually fell off a couple of times off during the round. The most aggravating round of my life! Enjoying the cart and getting used to controlling it. Only issue I’ve found is if parking brake button pushed a little too long the remote switches off. Becomes an issue if you start cart manually and then once going and away from you, you realize the remote is off

It's been about 3 years since purchasing this cart and I went through 2 motors. Luckily the first one was on warranty so I didn't have to pay for it but it lasted for a year and I had to buy the next one. My only concern is that I hope I don't have anymore issues with the motors. I would like to acknowledge that the service Tyler and Mark provides is by far the best you can get from a retailer. They are knowledgeable and willing to help you find the solution to any problems you may encounter.

Nice to have the larger capacity battery as a replacement for my 975Li but the size makes it just a bit too large for the original frame mounted battery holder. I just put it in the bag pouch instead.

Unpacking and assembly was easy and straight forward as per the instructions. I have only used the caddy in the Manual Mode twice for 9 holes. No problems. Still working with the remote around the yard. Not really happy with it. I have one concern and that is with the drive motors. It worked as advertised. However, the remote came with batteries and it stopped transmitting after the first 9 holes. When I arrived at hone, I put new batteries in the remote and it works for now. Hopefully , this won’t be an issue moving forward.

Bought two- one for my drink, one for my remote control. Both work well. My only complaint and reason for giving 4 stars is having to remove them when I fold the cart up. Not sure if you can find an alternative or not, but might be worth looking into.

One round of not pushing the bag was great. More to come there. Read the manual and practice at home before the course. Wish it had come with a better accessory complement given the price. Sun Mountain speed cart has it right there with phone mount, small basket, etc. Umbrella holder diameter too small for my Weatherman umbrella and have to trim it is not appealing. Would still buy here based on the one round but make sure you look at accessories when you buy to avoid going back later.

This is my second Cart Tek cart. 1350Li purchased in 2017 battery finally died this spring. Gave me excellent service & probably lasted 500+ charges. Love my new Yellowstone, looks, responsiveness of remote, placement of on/off switch & speed dial & strap system to secure the bag. Very nice looking, clean design. Works well most of the time, except if you drop the remote. Then, requires re-start. Also, it requires constant attention to keep it out of trouble. Would be nice if it had a “follow me” feature. It eliminates the pushing or pulling of a manual cart, but doesn’t significantly reduce the effort involved in having a push cart.

This is a fairly quick install. Mine took a little longer than I expected only because the old wire down to the usb was folded over and difficult to get out. The video is extremely helpful. I have already dropped the remote and it is must sturdier than the old antenna type. To be honest I have only tested the machine in a small area as there is snow on the ground here in the east. Overall cart performance is very good. Umbrella holder needs to be redesigned, it doesn’t hold the umbrella upright . Every time the cart hits a bump the umbrella tills downward. Remote control holder on the cart handle could also be made better. You really have to focus on clipping it or the control falls on the ground.

My husband likes it very much on the course. Its little high for me. I am 5 feet tall although handle height is adjustable which is a very nice feature. Most electric cart's handle height is not adjustable.
