I used only 3 times 18 holes each time But I don’t have problems yet; My older battery it was good for 6 years; and some day I played 36 holes; It was very good battery. I will let you know again after 6 years from 7/01/2022-6/30/2028.

This is a good upgrade to my old remote. Better size remote (bit larger is better!), Easy install instructions, no need for a cable for pairing, no more issue with micro on/of switch (which ended up breaking on the old remote) and a new magnetic cart mount and belt clip that works well. There are design flaws... I now need a screwdriver with me to change the batteries and it is not rechargeable.

My cart arrived promptly. It seems to be very well made. It’s operation is nice and quiet and it has plenty of power to navigate any of the hills on our course. It does take some time to get used to “driving” with the remote but after 27 holes I’m getting the hang of it. So far so good. I do really like walking without having to push a cart or carry my bag. 2 thumbs up.

I have only used it a couple of times, but it seems to work very well. The remote wasn't working, but after changing the batteries in the remote, thanks to Mark's advice from tech, it works fine. All in all, I think I'm going to be pleased with the operation and transportation of the cart.

Works great though I haven’t played more than one round per charge so can’t attest to its complete accuracy. I have two batteries one older and one brand new and the newer one does show more remaining charge than the older one after one round at the same course which one would expect. Voltage readings for both start at 29 at beginning vs 25 at the end of a round ( hope that’s normal)

The new motor fixed my cart but there were no instructions for removing the hub from the old unit and moving it to the new motor. Thankfully I was able to get the snap ring off the old motor to remove the hub.

the Yellowstone is a very "nimble" unit. It performs very well, but is very top heavy with a golf bag attached. It's stability would be greatly enhanced with fat rear wheels that would prevent the cart from leaning to extremes left or right on slopes and susceptible to tipping over.

I like my cooler bag, but I couldn’t figure out how to attach it to my cart. I attached it to my existing beverage holder, but it interferes with my ability to access my water containers. Was it supposed to come with its own attachment? If so, I did not receive it with my bag.

Great design using elastic band to hold umbrella in place. Work well in windy conditions. It is design similar to competitor and previously had suggested CartTek look at that vendor umbrella holder design. Great to have this option. Only issue is the diameter of tube holding umbrella handle is smaller than previous model, so my umbrella does not fit in this new umbrella holder. I'll be forced to buy new umbrella to use the holder. This becomes a more expensive item.

The original switch was acting up periodically by taking several pushes to activate. Needed some guidance from the folks at CT to remove the old switch in addition to the You Tube video. Their suggestion to use friction tape solved the problem, and the new switch works like a charm.

I realized once I took off the broken straps that you could replace the straps instead of purchasing the entire piece. It would be easy to just replace the straps and maybe you should consider providing the straps only.

The new switch solved my intermittent on/off switch issues. However, the change out was a bit harder than I expected. There was no way I was going to be able to turn the old one out with my hands as the video depicted. It probably had something to do with the fact my cart if 5 years old.
