The cart looks great! I love the overall design. I think the front wheel tube should lock into place, rather than letting the bag and bungees to keep it from folding. It just doesn’t feel right when you lift on the handle to climb a curb. Accessories like the scorecard holder is cheap plastic and compatible with the quality of the cart. All said, I like walking on the course with this trolley.

My battery and charger both failed prematurely. Mark promptly answered my calls and advised on how to proceed. When he learned that a new battery and charger were required, he negotiated a fair discount on the new equipment. This is one of the most responsive companies I have dealt with.

I was having trouble with my battery holding a full charge. I was able to send battery, charger, and cable for troubleshooting. The cost of the troubleshooting was applied to the cost of a new battery as it turned out that the battery was indeed degraded. Great customer service always at Cart Tek!

The Start Stop switch over the last 6 years I owned my Li-1500 remote cart has been replaced 3 times. When you have to hit the switch 2 to 3 times it needs replacement. After replacing the switch I just need to hit it once to start or stop. I walk 70 plus 18 hole rounds a year. Should be good for another two years.
