The remote holder is great! It holds the remote much more securely than the standard magnetic slot holder. The only down side is that it takes place of the umbrella holder which I seldom use anyway.

My 1200R is now working fine. Evidently the connection from the battery hook up to the controller was where my loss of electrical current was because since replacing that one wire, the cart has not failed once.

I really prefer walking to riding on the golf course and this cart makes it so nice to walk. The controls are intuitive and the battery is strong. Using the remote takes a little practice and I actually prefer using the hand control. I’m very pleased with this cart.

There is absolutely no business that I have ever used that compares with the product and the service of this company. The treat you like one of their foursome, and they want back on the course as quickly as possible. I had a small problem with the cart creeping when I had the speed knob rolled off. Some stray “trons “ . They overnighted me a me a plug and play new regulator and “bam” no more creeping. They are big on product improvement and take any hiccup seriously! They stand by their quality!

I love the cart. If I have suggestions I would: find a better way to mount the remote on the cart; change the remote that allows changing the batteries without needing a small phillipshead screwdriver ( somewhat impractical on the golf course; and provide better instructions on using and programming the remote. None of these are deal breakers or overly detract from the cart.

After trying everything I could in the owners manual to solve my turning problem with my cart, both mechanically and electronically, and having over 400 remote controlled rounds on it; I phoned Carttek and explained my problem. After 5 years of playing golf 3 to 5 times a week, my old battery finally stopped charging. The replacement battery is a 8.8ah, up from a 7.5ah, which I think will work even better. The new cover is neoprene, which looks nice, but is a tight fit for the wire basket I have. Hoping it won’t develop any friction holes.

This is our third CartTek Remote cart. They work great. The size of the remote seems just about right, the cart itself is light and is easy to lift, and it sets up so much easier than my old Clicgrear cart. Much quieter than other powered carts I see on the course.
