Remote and receiver upgrade kit for my 5 year old cart dramatically improved the performance of the remote control system. I am very happy with it. Be careful with the remote if you use the belt loop attachment. The remote will fall off the belt loop if you have a few extra pounds around the waist when bending or squatting. The remote case kept it from being damaged when it dropped to the ground. I highly recommend this kit for an older cart. Customer service was excellent.

The purchase process was extremely easy, and shipping was quick. Easily assembled. It has a very high quality feel to it. I've practiced it around my property and it seems to operate flawlessly, but due to weather, have not had it on the course yet. Will post an update then, but so far so good! Two rounds in and so far a great experience. Setup was easy and hardest part is picking it up and getting it in and out of trunk. Takes up most of the room in an Altima’s trunk but golf bag fits easily in back seat. Also love the remote control model so you don’t have to always be in contact with the cart.

3 weeks and 5 rounds in to using my Cart Tek Yellowstone cart and I am loving it. It is everything I need and nothing I don't. Easy to get in and out of the car, very quick to set up, easy to control by hand and with the remote and a great battery life. Best thing I can say about it is that when the golf is bad, I still have fun driving the cart!

After having some battery charging issues which Mark talked me through (thanks Mark!) I decided to get the battery monitor to have peace of mind as well as to get an idea of how much charge the battery used during a round. It's worked great and I think it is well worth the cost to make sure your "charged" battery doesn't run out eight holes from the clubhouse

Everything has been as promised. The tech explained everything and informed me to send the battery and the charger so everything could be analyzed. He also explained that if the battery was bad they would give credit for what has been paid so far off the price of the new battery. Waiting to hear as the items are in transit back to Cart-Tec.

My cart kept shutting off. After disconnecting the battery and reconnecting, the receiver light would illuminate only to go out after going a short distance. The remote transmitter had little to no effect, and even using the speed dial proved unsuccessful. I have used an electric push cart since living in Germany and France 2007-2015. I always wanted a titanium model with an ultra sleek drive train. The Galaxy Titan performs like a Jucad or Ticad at a reasonable price. Funny but with the battery in the bag most people are really surprised it is a power cart. Elegant but understated and very easy to lift into and out of the car.

I be do not use it as a belt clip. But as a pocket clip. Too much clothing to use as a belt clip. Only down B side is the magnet I go an glue in an earth magnet twice the size. a) holds the remote firmer. b) helps keep the clip secure in the pocket as the magnet is twice the thickness.

Bought the remote cart in mid-summer and the bag at the end of fall. When you buy a cart (which is GREAT), do yourself a favor and buy the Cart Tec bag as well. It fits the cart perfectly, no twisting whatsoever and plenty of convenient storage. So many reviews mention excellent customer service and I wholeheartedly agree. Great products, great people.

Time to replace my remote control for GRi-1500Li. Realized it was time on a Monday morning, ordered on-line Monday afternoon and had it in-hand by Thursday morning. Only missed one round of golf with remote, but of course the 1500Li works just fine in "Trolley" mode, so really no loss of service for my trusty cart! As always, the guys at Cart-Tek are top notch.

I primarily use the clip when close to the green. I'll position the cart as I'm walking onto the green or a green side chip. When I lost my belt clip last year I'd put the remote in my pocket. The downside is sometime when bending over to mark the ball or take it out the hole a button would inadvertently get pressed. I've found my cart in the trees or sandtrap more than once. The other option was to lay the remote on green. I missed the clip so much I ordered 2.
