I chose Cart Tek attributed to good reviews and the superior construction and quality. First round out on a very wet and hilly golf course. performance was exceptional even uphill in wet rough. I was skeptical if it would make 18 holes, worked like a champ. I like the fact that parts are available and very easy to set up and take down. The staff at Cart Tek are very friendly and helpful and I feel certain my senior golf buddies will be calling you soon. Very solid awesome product.

Mark was super when I called with questions prior to ordering. He was SO helpful! I gave his name to my gal playing partners, and they have ordered carts now too ! It arrived in four days. Received it sooner than expected. Easy to assemble out of box. Easy to fold and unfold when placing and getting out of trunk. Have used it 5 times since receiving it. Play on hilly course it performed great very stable no trouble climbing hills. Makes walking enjoyable/easy. Love it!!!

The unit was easy to assemble right out of the box. I have played 5 rounds with the trolley and it works great. I had a Nova Caddie which stopped working after 9 months. Love my new Cart Tek GRi-1500-Li V2. 5 Stars !!! Assembly was easy. Operation is so simple and takes the wear and tear off of me so I can enjoy the golf round. Like having a caddy. I really appreciate the support shown by Cart-tek team to replace battery-port-cable and mother board. The port cable was burnt and I needed to replace both. They sent me all new parts free of charge and explained every details how I should replace them. The delivery was quick and efficient. The unit went together easily and with the exception of wheels and a couple of accessories, the main unit was assembled. The instructions tell you to add batteries to the remote but they were supplied in the remote. The connection to charge the battery was solid and easy to connect. Battery charged rapidly. love my new remote control cart! have just used it once so far but was so fun to fill the new free bag! Am so happy to have a cart bag made for it. Want a larger drink holder and better dashboard to hold my distance device and a few things. The manual push carts have a small compartment that holds a cell phone and a few things- this is bare bones. And the written directions can be a bit more detailed. Thank you, am very grateful to have and highly recommend!!

Received my gri-1500Li 3 weeks ago. Had an issue the first time I used it on the course. Called customer service the next day. They determined that I had a defective Controller and shipped me a replacement controller the following day with a follow up email and link with step by step instructions how to replace the Controller. Have used the cart 3 times in the last 10 days and I love it! Controlling the cart is very easy and intuitive. I would strongly recommend the cart.

Excellent unit. Performs flawlessly and allows for lots of good walking exercise without having to carry a golf bag. The brand was recommended by friends at the Urbana Country Club here in Ohio who have purchased similar units and have found that the company stands behind the product.

The 1500-Li has changed my golf experience. It makes it like playing with a real caddy. I am not a handy person but getting started took just a few minutes. Getting used to commanding the cart is also a simple experience. If you like to walk the course this is best way to go about it.

Love it so far! It was easy to assemble. I Read the manual thoroughly. Then I Tried it around the yard before taking it to the course to get adjusted to the controls. I would recommend this so you don't slow play down or flip the cart on a hill or run someone over. lol Since then I have Had it out on the course several times for 45 holes. I’ve always liked walking the course but with the Yellowstone it’s been a completely different and more enjoyable experience. The cart is like having my own caddie. Just load it with everything I need for a round, phone, gps, and the the cooler bag with snacks and im off. It’s made playing a round of golf that much better.

Love this scorecard keeper. It works perfectly. I especially appreciate it after a few days without it. Didn’t know what to do with a scorecard or the place I put my remote when I’m hitting. The first one snapped off when I put my clubs on it in the car. Duh. Replacement came very quickly and was super easy to install. Really appreciate the Cart Tek folks. Always the best to work with. OMG!! Could it get any better!! While my golf game always needs more work, this cart sure makes it so much easier to golf!!! Always have the right club at my finger tips. No more running across the “Cart Path Only” wet fairways trying to determine which club to carry across the course. This multimedia holder is excellent! The best I've owned, and I have owned several. It is small, sturdy, mounts easily to cart, and phone easily mounts and dismounts. Also, it is priced less than any I've used at $25.00. I see no negatives to this multimedia holder. Job well done.

I purchased my GRI-1500Li over 4 years ago and it is still going strong. The only item replaced was the remote control circuit board due to interference at a Naval golf course. CARTTEK replaced it promptly, no questions asked. It works better, but not as well at other courses. I use it 2-3 times a week and on hilly courses.
