After a decade of using a different brand, we switched our plant based pups to Wild Earth and couldn't be happier. Wild earth has higher protein, fewer calories and plenty of clean ingredients. Homer is a senior dog. Every summer he itches! Wild Earth has helped some. He's been eating it for a few weeks. I have not noticed other changes. He likes it wet better than dry. I'm not sure if I'll buy more, but I'm not giving up yet.

3 weeks into it… the food transition has gone well and our 3-year old Golden has struggled digesting many other popular dog food brands. His itching/scratching has also subsided. The real test will be to see if we can get him off of his anti-itch medication (Apoquel). If we can, this will be a big win for both of us! More to come…

I often joked before that my Ali basically inhaled food. All her life I’ve taken different measures to slow her down. Wouldn’t you know it? My dogs Robyn and Dollar love this new food. Robyn looks for it after going outside as a treat. She even eats all her Wild Earth before eating the old food which I mix in at the moment. Dollar's stool is constantly solid, which is definitely a plus. He usually has tummy troubles and the only thing he was able to eat was raw chicken for a firm stool. I have a finicky Maltipoo. The first time she tried your food she sort of liked it but then she would stop eating it. A couple of months later I started her on it again, and now she will even snub table food for her wild Earth Chow. I really think this food is good for dogs and that's why I'm giving 5 stars. My dog is picky and has been this way most of her life. She ate it the first time but didn't have much interest after that. She had a vet appointment, so while there we talked about her lack of wanting to eat. The vet suggested we try puppy food and same thing. If your dog is a good eater I'd suggest buying this quality food.
