Use this sparingly. Spoke to owner who explained the difference between dark and light bladderwrack powder. Definitely trust this source and would always purchase from here. Has a 'seaweed' taste but not a deterrent. As its a small package I use resourcefully so it will last as long as I need it to.

I enjoyed the Fonio. Very easy and quick to cook. It taste wonderful with no things on it. I’m not sure if I was supposed to wash it, so I did not.
I used it to make a veggie loaf and it turned out great. I will try replacing it in a basmati rice recipe and see how it turns out.

I started to include this gel in my daily morning green juice two weeks ago and I noticed that my acne breakouts reduced significantly since I introduced it. Loved the Anamu! I drink it every night and have noticed a difference with how I feel and my breathing.
