I enjoyed the Fonio. Very easy and quick to cook. It taste wonderful with no things on it. I’m not sure if I was supposed to wash it, so I did not. I used it to make a veggie loaf and it turned out great. I will try replacing it in a basmati rice recipe and see how it turns out.

I started to include this gel in my daily morning green juice two weeks ago and I noticed that my acne breakouts reduced significantly since I introduced it. I’m attributing the clearing to this gel because that was the only new addition to my daily routine that I’ve had for months (topical treatments + water consumption inclusive). I will definitely purchase more when I’m done with this pack. NB - I add 2 heaped tablespoons to 8 cups of green juice.

Watching your tutorial I was able to make my own sea moss gel. It was easy and straight to the point...YES a little sea moss goes a long way! Overall I love that I can put this sea moss gel in my body daily. I will definitely be back to buy more!

My 8 year old said he has been feeling great since taking Sea moss gel.... He asks for his daily dose on his own.... My digestive system has NEVER been regular without the help of supplements; however, I have been experiencing a difference slowly but surely.... I have not had to take laxatives for relief lately!!!!

I’ve only used a handful and let me tell you. Akeem wasn’t kidding when he said it swells a lot. Even after watching his video on how to prepare it I still wasn’t ready for how much it swelled. Even though the way I blended it left little fine prices in it I still love it and I use it in my tea, I mix the water with my water and drink it and I use it on my face as a mask. I love this Tea it has a very mild taste.I am able to drink this tea without adding anything, I can drink it as is. If I had to compare it to another tea I would say it’s similar to drinking green tea.

I am taking this to help with my mucus production. Also, there are so many nutrients in this that it is just worth taking as a vitamin source. I also am making it and giving it to my friend, who's child needs to increase his white blood cells. He needs iron and can't eat many foods. I think this will help.

I’ve bought Irish Moss elsewhere and I noticed that they were Pool Grown after finally trying this Irish Moss From Akeem. I wanted to wait a bit longer but I already ordered about 4 lbs of full spectrum and reg Irish Sea moss. I have been on a long recovery and never able to get over this hump that ur sea moss helped me pass and then some. Rejuvenate and wide eyed I’m ready for my second chance at life at the age of 46 300lbs but active almost like I was when I was 25 playin semi pro basketball leagues. I got my fonio together with my sea moss, I made the fonio, I followed akeem videos, it came out perfect, I put it my blender together with a banana, an apple hemp milk, and date paste and I blend away taste soo good.

It feels up beautifully it smells good its tasteless you can use it in anything. I also use some for my lotions I infuse it with herbs. I'm in love with it not only because its soooooo healthy but because I grew up with this. Also helps with inflammation of the body.♥️

Loved the Anamu! I drink it every night and have noticed a difference with how I feel and my breathing. My first week of drinking my Anamu tea, my nose would be RUNNING and I’d have to cough up a lot of mucus. The more I drink the tea, the less that happens, and I’m forever grateful for finding out about Akeem and his herbs. My family also uses the Anamu, and I’ll be purchasing more soon.

I use this in my hair on my face I even put it all over my body before I yake a bath. Especially on back legs due to the cold weather the sea moss un chaps my dry skin. I also put a tea spoon in my fruit smoothies. I love it.
