For some reason, I feel my body relax as I drink it. I drink it alone every other day or every 3rd day. Drink lots of water if not it will dehydrate you. I started drinking it before bed but I would wake up in the middle of the night very thirsty. Now, I drink it after dinner or 6 or 7 pm with no problems. Still trying to master the taste but loving it. I got a simple recipe going. I boil with dates and add salt. Then i add hemp-walnut milk, cinnamon and berries. Question: Does your milk settle and separate after a while and can it be prevented or is that fine?

The bag os sea moss was larger than I expected. There was a shipping snafu and sent an email to the company and they corrected the issue right away.
