I love, love it ! I personally prefer the full spectrum sea moss . I feel it is much smoother though potent in taste. I had real bad period cramps due to fibroid, always tired but after using this I can go my full 8-10 hrs a day without crashing . This stuff is legit ! Go grab yours ! Found a good recipe off the book Afro-vegan by Chef and activist Brynt Terry. The recipe called for Grits and I Substituted AKEEM PIERRES FONIO in it’s place. It was Deliciously Nutritious!! I use Fonio as cream of wheat breakfast. And my children love it!

I let it sit in hot water for about 30mins to 1hr. I enjoy it without any sweetener but have tried it with honey. My skin is clearer and I’ve noticed it’s contribution to an easy going cycle. I experience no pain at all. I’ve added it to my rice as well which is always delicious.

Most times I mix this with the sweet bay leaf. It has a slight bitterness to it but I enjoy it. My skin is glowing and sometimes swap out two kiwis for a cup. I find the amount of vitamin c to be the same. This tea has become a staple in my morning routine. I’ll be purchasing again.

I had a wonderful experience with the Fonio from Akeem. I love how well it is packaged and that it is pre-washed. It taste wonder with absolutely nothing added than the water to cook it, but I prepared the one in the photo with 1/3 cup(66 grams) Fonio and 1 cup (224 grams) homemade vegetable broth powder mixed with water and about A little less than1/4 tsp sea salt. I used the recipe Akeem has online and I was pleasantly surprised. I am a big fan of warm breakfast cereals so I was willing to try this. It actually has the texture of corn grits. Even better was how easily my body digested it. I ate it with a lot of fruit and my stomach barely looked like I had eaten, no bloating. 😀 I will add this to my rotation of foods.

Slim Now definitely cleans, flushes, and removes heavy processed foods my system. I blend the powder in with my smoothies daily. I mix a little under a teaspoon to make my smoothies and it goes along way. Depending on how quickly your digestion flows I would not recommend consuming the Slim Now if you’re not going to be close to a bathroom.
