Its great for inflammation, relaxation, and balance. Start and end my day with the sour sop tea, If I had known the amazing benefits I would have ordered more or stocked up. Akeem’s the first person to turn me onto Fonio. Previous to Dec 2019, I’ve never heard of it. It’s texture is similar to cream of wheat after boiling/cooking.
