This is my first menstrual cycle since I have started drinking red raspberry leave tea. Today is the second day of my cycle and normally I would be passing a lot of clot, but am not seeing that, so keeping my fingers crossed. The best Fonio ever and wonderful quality! I use to like grits at one point in my life, but I prefer Fonio. I like how versatile it is as well. You can pair it with almost anything.
