The best Fonio ever and wonderful quality! I use to like grits at one point in my life, but I prefer Fonio. I like how versatile it is as well. You can pair it with almost anything. If you are not trying to keep your cooking temp at a certain point, I like to dry roast mine a little before adding my liquid.

The Answer is an amazing tincture. I recently have just been using it if I feel like I’m coming down with something and it clears me up. I take it if I’m going into a crowd at times as well. I like taking it straight as opposed to mixing in another liquid. You will smell the Gully root. I think The Answer also contributed to my unexpected lab results. The doctor was surprised my numbers were going up without treatment.

Rich Sol Foods Seamoss is my favorite, because for me, it comes out perfect every time. Once I watched the YouTube video and followed the directions exactly as shown, the seamoss came out the way it was supposed too and it was delicious. I use my seamoss in smoothies, in baking recipes and on my face and hands. I even used the soaking water for my plants which are growing large.
