This is my 2nd one, an up grade. Love it.

Cybercart battery will only hold a small charge and will not charge past the second light. I have only used it for one summer and I stored the battery indoors for the winter. Not even a full year of use and the battery is bad. Something is wrong.

Other than a single drawback, the cart has been great. Unfortunately, that drawback is a biggie for me. All documentation says the V2Pro can be used to manually turn with power pushing up a hill on a narrow path (when using the remote to turn is difficult). It's not the case as the cart fights me when trying to turn (gyro off). It's not possible to power down the cart and push it up the hill. I've talked to support and V2Pro groups....no solution. Turns out your documentation is not accurat...

It came without the stabilization wheels installed. We complained and send pictures and without contacting us you sent the wheels but no instructions on how to install them. I asked for those and never received the instructions. The only way I could see to install them was take the entire wheel assembly apart. I could not do that so I called and was told to return it. We waited a week for the Fed Ex shipping label. Then we called and after a lengthy phone call we got the shipping label. We retur...

Remote charged to 100% ran out after first use on the 12th hole. Charged 100% again and remote died at hole 4. fortunately i had the forethought to bring the cable so i could charge it from the large battery while in use.

When I ordered my V2 pro I included the tether system, thinking it was a Bluetooth connection. My mistake. It works fine, but the remote is so good that I doubt I will ever use the tether system. I suppose I could use it as back up if my remote stopped working or ran out of battery, but that means I would have to have it with me all the time.

Instructions were useless, didn't align with what was delivered. Videos were useless. No instructions provided for the remote, while somehat intuitive would be nice to have instructions. You know, like what is this white button? Have far will the cart travel from the remote, how many speed options, etc... Pretty poor job

The clamps worked well but (my fault) I assumed that the clamp also included the rods that come out as well because I needed these as well.

Worked well for 1st year and then started losing battery capacity. Now i only get 14 holes and have to push the cart manually for the last few holes - a lithium battery shouldn't degrade so quickly unless its really cheap quality.

I really wanted to love this. Unfortunately the battery life is abysmal. In my part of the country, many of the courses have hills and elevation changes which cause this cart to work a little harder than a completely flat course. That said, my brand new cart often dies by hole 14 or 15. The turning radius on this is pretty poor as well. I don’t think it can go more than 15° left or right from the center of path that the cart is on. Additionally, I have had multiple issues with the cart tippi...

This was a replacement of my original battery as the charging port came loose and I was told it is a fire hazard. It’s a hardware issue and I had to pay most of the price for replacement whereas it should have been replaced at no charge. Not a good experience overall.

I had a V2 before and liked it much better than the Cybercart. The main reason for this is that the V2 has a wider wheel base so it is more stable on side-slopes and up hills. My V2 is an older one that requires more time and effort to set up and take down which was really the only drawback to it as far as im concerned. For this reason, and because it has a lot of miles on it, the Black Friday sale prices made it a good timeto upgrade. I now wish I had gotten a new V2 instead of a Cybercart. A ...

Just got it. Looks nice but haven’t had a chance to use on the course. Had a few hiccups during the setup process but was able to work through. Will update review once I have a chance to try it out.

Cart would be great if I could get the missing part (captive screw for the bolt that secures folding handle to the frame). I have called at least a dozen times, was finally promised the missing part, and when it showed up 3+ weeks later, it was the wrong part. I purchased your cybercart over a month ago and it still does not have the required parts. Your service support group is horrible. Alex, I think your technical support group needs a major improvement.

After unpacking and charging battery and remote, first time I went to use it the battery would not set in. after looking at everything, one of the pins was laid over by the battery. I was able to straighten the pin and finally get battery installed and unit is now operable, but I have to leave battery in now at all times when charging for fear that it will mash the pin again.

The battery for my cybercart was advertised as handling 36 holes and the battery life indicator was blinking on 18. This was after using it for 2 rounds. I packed it in for the winter so I’m not sure if I got the defective battery. Kinda disappointed actually

My device did not arrive for 16 days from the date of purchase. I could have received the same device from Amazon within 5 days. If you prefer customers order through Amazon, you should make them aware of that. The video showing how to retrofit to my ClickGear 4 did not show how the device was shipped. Steps could have been skipped, but I needed to figure that out for myself. My hope is the device operates better than the shipping and instructional information.

It does what I bought it to do. It was needlessly difficult to put together. The charging port cover is way too hard to take off/put on, especially for something you need to do before every use. The charge port cover on the remote is terrible - doesn't stay inserted and always in the way. The metal wheel spacing brackets are too small (I am using the largest ones) so the unit actually slides side to side during use. Overall, I expected better engineering for the price.

Unfortunately for me what was a good product has turned into a white elephant. Bought the V1 when they first hit the market - good but had issues. Upgraded to V2 which fixed a lot of issues. Recently experienced an issue with a drive wheel and ordered a replacement. Took a month to arrive. Unfortunately the Allen Bolts securing the drive wheel to the wheel had fused to the point where they could not be removed in the conventional way. All the bolts sheared and attempts to remove the remaining bo...

The cybercart is one of the best electric golf carts I’ve seen. It’s disappointing the seat doesn’t meet expectations. First, installing the adapter is not easy. The holes on mine didn’t line up perfectly so I had to use my drill to make them bigger. Most seats have storage on them. This one doesn’t. The seat and material looks like corners were cut just to put a seat on the market. I’ll definitely use as it’s the only seat available but hopefully they’ll go back to the drawing board and come up...

I purchased the cart with Auto Follow Caddy. But it didn't work. In order to execute with Follow me, need to purchase Club Booster V12 separately. When I purchased it, there was no explanation for that. Now I am using the cart without Auto follow Caddy. I think it is cheating.

Charging port attachment to the printed circuit board is weak. Mine has come loose twice. Tried to glue it in place which didn't last long. Going to someone who has skills in PCB soldering as a last resort. Having seen this type of port used on cell phones, golf gps, etc. there is no reason for this type of failure. The remote is great when working and the charge lasts for at least 10 rounds before needing a charge. I would use my phone as a remote but I'm using it for Shot Scope and the e...

I understood that it was a radio/electronic tether, assuming the follow distance was adjustable. My error. When I realized it was a mechanical cable I felt it was impractical for me.

I cannot make the follow me feature work. I've asked others to help, but to no avail. I do generally like the carts performance, but that feature was not as advertised.

I love the V2 remote. I have had it for 3 years and I walk everyday. It has saved me so much money but these pads are starting to be a major problem. This is the third time I had to purchase pads. I am well into $180 for pads. I paid $800 for the unit. The axle and set screw is destroying the pads. These should be free with our purchase.

The remote feature is great. It’s very responsive and easy to control. The follow feature needs improvement. First, the sidekick is bulky and when tracking the whole thing moves. Make it smaller and enclosed. The follow feature needs improvement. After coming to a full stop after a few minutes it doesn’t track right away and I find it searching. I find that I have to press forward on the remote to get it going first, then once it finds the remote I can hit the follow feature to begin tracking. ...

Store bought water bottles slip out, which you must know by now. Correct it and send out replacements free of charge. I had to buy an after market bottle holder, which works great.

The seat is a huge disappointment! It was difficult to install, it sits WAY too low, and the seat itself is small and poorly padded. I’d rather sit on the ground!

It just does not work. Loses signal every two steps unless I hold the remote over my head looking like an idiot. I’ve tried every recommendation— back pocket, raised mount, clear line of sight obviously. I have an early model and it just sucks. Sucked with club booster v2. Sucks with the new cyber cart. Worst purchase of my golf career

The cart itself was great. Needs a better clip for remote tho. Also I used it for a round and 1 light shut off at end of round. I still had 4 lights remaining. Golfed next day and it died on 12th hole. Had to push for 6 holes . Definitely harder to push then a regular cart.
