This is ma second one of these. My first one went swimming and didn't survive. When you hit stop the wheels are supposed to lock and mine did not. It was almost 5 years but the new one does stip on a hill like the first one didn't. The cart worked good until it didn't!

I purchased my cart for $1,495., 10 days later they lowered the price to $1,097. and wouldn't give me a return of any payment amount! Bad way to do business. Any other business I have dealt with would have matched the price. If I still had the shipping box, I would have returned it and bought from a different company!

The delivery was slow, 3 weeks, otherwise everything was fine.

Delivery was several weeks after due date and packaging is water damaged. As it is a gift, I won't know if it even works until after Xmas.

The rubber pad holds the cart, and V2 tightens,so I like it

This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. A crappy product matched with appalling service. Save up and buy an MGI and avoid these guys at all costs.

Unresponsive to my emails except for their AI generated replies. Very disappointing. Also, have tried to call twice and there is no answer on their listed website number.

It's un reliable and glitchy and it almost runs into you . It's easier to turn it off and use control . Sorry I bought it . Love the cart though

This product needs to be made of stronger material. Two have broken within 6 months as the cart shakes violently when in motion over uneven ground...

Product marketing and retro-kluge glitch issues still plague Alphard here. Product page for the vaunted V2 Upgrade does not mention that you have to also buy these clamps.

Brand new cybercart battery doesn’t even last a full 18, let alone the advertised 36. Incredibly disappointed with the battery on these things.

This is a great idea but at my advanced age it’s too much for me to handle Good solid product with excellent quality

The cart comes off the booster when stopping. Even at speed level 2, if I try to stop it comes apart.

I think the engine Ed some antena because from 40 yards or more from the front of the cart does not responde

Bought it on black Friday and still waiting for new parts since they sent me the wrong ones. Have not tried it and very disappointed do far

The battery only lasts for about 18 holes. Today, it even ran out halfway through the last hole.

The cart is to upright and very heavy.

When trying to remove the battery the cloth tab broke off. How do I remove the battery?

Battery would not fit into unit after only three uses of cart. Control unit pins were faulty.

Slow response to my issues. Incomplete part to phone holder sent. Asked to get remaining part from hardware store.

Screw fell out after 5 rounds and wheel fell off. Still waiting on refund for follow me feature too.

The cart is much bigger than I expected and not as maneuverable as it looks in the videos.

the V2pro is built rugged, works great in forward mode , not so good in reverse.

It’s too heavy, I’m contemplating returning the kit .
