Do not buy. My cart came with the wheels cambered out and the cart has to work twice as hard to go forward. I burn through a set of wheels every 4 months.
I told Alphard and even sent them videos of how out of line it was and all they did was send a new set of wheels that I have already burned through. Problem has never been fixed.

Cover for the battery charging socket is made of rubber and does not stay in place. I have since found a screw type metal cover on Amazon for less than $5. Alphard should have supplied the battery with this cover and it will prevent moisture from entering the socket and causing rust on the terminal. Cheap solution that will go a long way preserving the battery. Am not impressed

The sidekick has a minor of its own.
It frequently during each round will stop in the middle of the fairway for no reason I have to manually get it to catch up with me before we start following me again
My Favorite is with random startups. It will just go in whatever direction it suits it instead of following me.
It’s like a drunk baby, that makes me nervous in every situation except for wide open spaces

In theory this seems like a good idea, but in practice it fails. I purchased this conversion kit, and it failed. Although it did make sharp turns easier, it made me have to almost constantly steer the cart as if the cart encountered a slope, it would go off line. Finally, it ended up hitting the back of my leg and it snapped the Bagboy Front Wheel Knuckle. This has rendered the entire system useless as I am unable to find a domestic supplier that has a replacement.

Returned mine. Wheelie bars have a built in defect. The left wheelie bar on my unit would not stay in place. I was told it was because I turned it the wrong way. If that is possible why not put some sort of stop in place to prevent that from happening? Customers service sent me new wheelie bars to replace the existing ones. I used the cart one time, I shouldn’t have to be replacing parts that came pre-installed.

ISSUE
The issue is Alphard refuses to provide their customers parts for missing, faulty and/or improperly installed components while the product is under warranty. And they tell customers to find and replace missing parts at the customers time and expense while not providing the necessary specific information.

Cart broke twice within a month. Durability is definitely an issue. With this price tag, it's very disappointing to see a product like this mess up, twice, within a month. Do not recommend to anybody.

Before reaching half of the estimated 500 uses, my battery has died. Being outside of the warranty window, Alphard will not provide help but want me to buy a new $230 battery. So just be sure you budget some extra money for a battery after your alphard dies.

Thanks for reaching out. I can't give an honest review because of the weather. Just not a cold weather golfer. For me, golfing starts around April.
I'm impressed with the new cart! Can't wait to use it . It's simple to set up and appears to be well made. Slightly heavy, but wouldn't expect anything less from a quality product.
I'd enjoy giving an honest review at the end of May. I feel it will be very positive. In the mean time, I'm just enjoying the look of it in my living room.

I purchased V2 Pro 3 or 4 years ago.
First issue I had was the internal charging port for the remote came off in the first year. The little port seriously came right of the little circuit board inside the remote. I contacted them to get a replacement and they offered my a $20 discount on an $89 dollar remote. EIGHTY-NINE DOLLARS for a POS cheap remote. They seriously blamed me and said I have to push the mini usb cord in the right way. Wow... Talk about terrible customer service. I'm not a moro...

Three things happened during my only one round of golf trying to learn to use it:
(1) the TFS must be very securely hooked to the buggy, otherwise the V2 would not know how to follow you as you change your walking direction
(2) the magnet is very strong but I lost it when it was pulled too hard by the V2 going in the opposite direction of you and it flew away and detached itself from its cord
(3) without the magnet, and because it not easy to use, I simply cannot use it
