Out of the box I found nearly all the nuts and bolts on the Omicart were loose (as in finger tight). In Australia there is no seat available for the Ominicart. One of the Omnicart clamps (onto the Alphard unit) doesn’t open freely when released. In operation, the cart hunts left and right. The movement left and right is about 3 inches each way. Enough for me to ask the Facebook community if this is normal and it seems it is.

Ordering replacement parts is a breeze. Received my remote promptly and works a treat.

The unit is easy to use and is awesome

Sure as hell is a lot easier than pushing or pulling a trolley.

Spare battery , good quality product.

After replacing both the battery and the motherboard my V2 still has the problem of shutting down many times during a round. It eventually starts again after a few minutes, but it is most frustrating the replacement parts have not solved the problem. Does anyone else have this same problem? Alphard can you help?

Terrible experience with communication. I’ve tried to get in touch with Alphard for over 1 week, emails and phone calls with no response. Eventually someone answered my call and it wasn’t until I threatened with legal action that my issue was resolved. While I received a replacement cart the entire experience has left me disappointed with Alphard.
