Easy to fit on my clicgear trolley, looks good and when in use very stable across all parts of the course.
Only downside is when in reverse, you have no control as the wheels wonder in all directions.
Better option if using a single pivot wheel trolley

Enjoying the two wheel conversion for the front of my clic gear cart except for one thing. Have only used it for about 5 rounds and the hardware for the swivel which connects the two wheels came apart during my last round and lost hardware for one side. When I got home and checked the other side, it was loose also. Poor design for a swivel joint. Screws are just barely long enough to engage into fiber lock of the nut. Installed a bolt with spacer and nut that takes a cotterpin. Will never worry ...

I really like the cart but there was an issue with it not being assembled correctly. Support was great in how to handle it (pun intended) but it required different tools than they instructed.
I’m also very annoyed with how long it takes to initiate the walking mode. 3 seconds is a long time to just stand and wait.

I have really enjoyed using my cyber cart. I walked quite often with a push cart, but this is so much more enjoyable. I love the storage compartment and also the magnetic areas to attach a rangefinder and the remote. Several friends have gotten them in addition to me so we have a nice group of people walking.

When I turned on at first after assembled all together It didn't work and flash on. So I sent a email for that. But I got reply after 20 hours. And said I need to charge more than 10 hours for the first activative. Eventually worked after 4hours charge. Why did not give that insturction in the manual? Customer service was disappointed a lot.

I really like the look and the ease of use. It is very responsive and is stable.
My only issue is the remote. You can’t charge it through a wall socket, only something like a laptop or through the cart itself. The connection with the buggy is also quite a problem for the remote, I’ve lost signal many times within 80m and sometimes less.
Otherwise the magnetic features are great for the rangefinder and the remote.

I am 71 lady , playing 3times a week walking regularly for last 25yrs. .Cybercart is my best investment for golf.
I had a rear tire issue but customer support took care of it so quickly.
I really satisfying than other electronic cart I tried before.This is very strong , stable to go uphill or downhill especially.
But since I am 71 lady ,it is too heavy lift up and down to car trunk.
Otherwise I am enjoying it very much.

Finally got to use my Cybercart.
To start with initial unfolding I was a little confused how to do it correctly, when trying to extend the main body, I could determine on how it should have been sitting. But I'm sure as time goes I will have it down with no issues.

I love the alphard v2 but the battery only lasted me 1.5 when in the faqs it says to recharge every 3-4 rounds. Same thing with my bosses battery pack.

I’m just having one issue with it. The push bar. Meaning what you put your hands on , that has your pocket.
It keeps falling down, even though I have tightened it. The first day I used it was fine and now the second day it keeps popping down and popping down and popping down. I’ve had four different people try to tighten it for me and we’re not sure why it keeps doing it.
My husband is gonna see if he can try to fix it today before I golf this weekend.

Unfortunately, the cart did not operate as expected.
The wheels unexpectedly played up by not turning together and thus causing the cart to rotate sharply to the right. No amount of holding down the left button fixed the problem. Also, when pressing reverse at this time, one wheel did not turn.

Cart mechanics aren't the best for the north west winter months. We play through the winter on courses that are rainy, wet and mucky. Trying to keep the carts folding frame from seizing up has been a nightmare. Walking off 18 to the cleaning station, that has water, brushes and air pressure isn't enough to keep them opening and closing properly.
