Use 4 times on the course. Love it, very easy’to use, a lot of space for gear,battery can make 27 holes without problem, very stable, for me is perfect but… The only point is the weight and use a lot of space in the car. personnaly i don’t care, my bag and my trolley stay at my caddy master club. But if you have to put it in your car every time you play can be a problem 😉

I used my V2Pro for the first time playing 9 holes. 5 white LED's when I finished. At 74 my first thought was this cart walks slower than me. Then I learned I can click the forward button on the remote several time and the cart will go faster. I believe I'm going to love this cart, especially the two year warrantee in something go wrong.

Fast and efficient service. Used to replace a broken part. I would still consider a design change on the tipper bars as they become loose with use. ps contacting the UK proved impossible but contacting the German number was excellent.

Its been very cold here so just was able to take it out yesterday and it was awesome!!! Wish I would have known about this sooner, walked 5 miles and was totally fresh by not having to carry my bag or push a cart. Easy to operate this will allow me to walk whenever I want I highly recommend to everyone, now 4 guys I routinely play with have one and love theirs also.

I really liked the V2 but it was old and I was having to replace parts due to proper wear and tear. I decided to upgrade to the Cyber Cart and it worked fine for the first 8 months or so. I took time off from golf and stored it in my closet in my home. When I took it out 2 weeks ago, I noticed that after it had charged overnight, that it was only at 2 green lights. This should not be happening after 1 year. I received my cart 12/29/2024 and then this happens. This is a picture of my Cyber Cart...

The stabilizer wheels are awesome. With the additional Torque of the new V2 upgrade my buggy doesn't flip backward as it used to.

Different shape to every other remote buggy and more precise assembly required. Anti tip wheels not needed on my course Is running smoothly through 10 rounds, battery will get 36 holes if needed and remote has lasted over 6 rounds before I recharged it (just in case). Seems to be a good purchase and game day assembly becoming easier.

1 Star. The elastic on one of the wheel covers broke after less than 2 weeks. Tried to email Alphard on multiple occasions to work a solution but got no response.

Purchased as Iiked the compact size for transport and not disappointed. Folding and unfolding is a little tricky as button to release front wheel and lock main frame in place are somewhat tempermental. Remote is great and buggy is very easy to control and really like the onboard storage. Battery life seems good.

I have only had three games of 18 holes with my Cybercart and I have found it to be fantastic - better than I expected. I find it easy to control and really like the phone holder accessory. I would have rated it five stars if it wasn't for the umbrella holder, which is pretty useless. It needs a holder that will clamp the umbrella handle not just a flimsy piece of elastic. I have ordered a third party product to replace it.
