Great bike. I love the convenience of being able to put it in the back of my car and drive to bike trails nearby. Also great around my neighborhood and town. Zizzo was great! I ordered two bikes online with a message that delivery date was very important. Quickly got a call from Janie who confirmed my order and delivery address and got the order out that day. Cali to Florida in 4 days. Had a service issue on one of the bikes and quickly got a call from Beau in service who made arrangements with a local bike shop who took care of my issue in prompt manner. I am very impressed with the quality of the Zizzo bikes. I bought five (yes, five) of the refurbished Zizzo Libertes for my family. We were seriously considering buying titanium Bromptons at nearly five times the price, and I'm glad to say that the Zizzos have more than met every need we had. I almost bought a used folding bike that is much more expensive than Zizzo. Fortunately I saw some YouTube videos that convinced me to buy a Zizzo Urbano instead. I ordered the Campo refurbished. I don't know what's refurbished about it bc it looks brand new. Took it out for a spin and fell in love with cycling all over again. The bike fits in my Ford Focus trunk like a charm and I still have space for whatever I had in there before the bike. A couple of days later, I ordered the Liberte just bc I wanted to get my daughter on the road with me. Both the Liberte and the Campo fit in my trunk and I still have space for skates, safety gear, helmets etc....

Love my bike! I have been riding my Zizzo Campo(refurbished) for almost 2 weeks now. Rides nicely/comfortably! It is pretty light weight as I have had to lug it up/down a couple of flights of stairs in my apt. bldg. I had to have the breaks and fenders checked once I got it out of the box. But the staff (Luis) at Zizzo were more than accommodating to help me fix the issue(s). Better to check everything before you ride anyway especially if you are a novice like myself. After doing extensive research for a smaller folding bike, I came across zizzo, Via model to be more specific. The Forte has a robust frame and rides smooth. The variability of the seat and handldlebar has enabled me to achieve a more comfortable riding position than any previous bike I have ridden. Been riding daily since since I received the bike a couple of weeks ago, pushing the bike hard to to assess its capabilities. Once I fine tuned the brakes and the rear derailer the Forte has handled quite well on the rough pavement and light gravel roads I often ride. So far, so good. Look forward to some upc...

I really like my Urbano! The quality and craftsmanship is excellent, more than I imagined. So far so good, off course I’ll update after more use. It rides excellent for anime designed as such. As you can see, I mounted a full-size Blackburn rack with the use of a rack post on the seat post. In this way, I can run it with a larger pannier. This bike has turned out to be better than I even expected. It is a great handling bike and it’s easy to transport. The gear ratio on it is very nice, but the company and the customer service is outstanding. I lost some screws for an accessory and they quickly replaced them. They also help me with some of the set up with the bike itself. I am very pleased with this company.
