I was a bit on the fence about buying a bike online. Especially a folding bike that was so different from traditional bikes I’ve had. I must say, my Zizzo Urbano is above and beyond what I expected in quality. The fit and finish is outstanding. It’s a smooth comfortable ride. Great brakes, solid shifting. The bike arrived perfectly adjusted and all I needed to do was put air in the tires and ride. It was evident by the packaging that this company pays attention to detail. I’m delighted with my ...

Great bike—rides smoothly, looks good (I get a lot of compliments on the bike), folds easily although a bit too many steps, quality parts, and is lightweight! I’m experiencing a bit of an issue with rolling the bike while folded but luckily I don’t need to roll it often. Regardless, it doesn’t detract from the fact that it’s a great bike.

I love riding my bike. When I first rode on it I found it difficult as I am use to riding a mountain bike. I had to find the proper height of the handle bar and seat in order for me to feel comfortable. Once I figured it out it was a smooth ride.

The Via is very fun to ride, it's very well built. Folding the bike is very easy and it is light weight. Customer service is great in answering questions that I had and shipping is very fast and bike arrived ready to ride out of the box without any adjustment needed.

It’s been a while since I’ve ridden a bike but it was really easy to get back into biking riding the Via. It’s very smooth and comfortable and it’s great how you can fit multiple folding bikes into the car now without having to get a hitch and bike rack. Great customer service as well!

My fiancé and I received two refurbished campo bikes and we both remarked upon first use how solid and fast they are, much better quality and components than we expected. The bikes are beautiful and actually really quick. Also, We needed a bit of tech support to adjust one of the stem locks and Tony was very warm and swift in his response to my question. We’re thrilled w our purchase.

Great folding bike! I wanted something inexpensive to bomb around the gravel trails on weekends, and i think the campo would do just fine. I’ve had a few Dahons over the years but they have gotten so darn expensive. ZiZZO’s design is exactly the same but at the fraction of the cost. My refurbished campo looked brand new except the saddle, which will be changed out anyways.

The ordering process was simple. I was contacted to make sure I ordered the correct sensor and kit for my Liberte. Once the kit arrived along with the bottom bracket and the crankarm ordered separately from Amazon, I took the parts and the bike to a local bike shop (I live in Southern California about 25 miles east of downtown Los Angeles) since I don't have the right tools and I don't feel confident that I can complete the conversion. The local bike shop charged me $170 and it took 1 week to...

The bike folds up very compactly and I had no trouble finding a place for it in my apartment. I got a certified refurbished one and it came looking like new. The gears shift easily and it rides well.

I almost bought a used folding bike that is much more expensive than Zizzo. Fortunately I saw some YouTube videos that convinced me to buy a Zizzo Urbano instead. I couldn’t be happier with that decision. The refurbished bike arrived in perfect condition and adjustment right out of the box. It was 34 degrees and snowing but I was immediately impressed by the ride quality, the braking and the ability to shift gears while wearing ski mitts. The standard components used on my bike will make it easy...

The Urbano is so light and great for getting over all the potholes where I live. I use it to commute in the city and it's SO FUN. I highly recommend it for folks looking for a folding bike.

I am a physical therapist, newly retired, and looking for a healthy new habit. Living close to beach boardwalks was my incentive for a folding bike I could easily manage myself and throw into my Corolla trunk for adventures. This bike is SO much fun, so smooth, so quiet, and so safe due to the smaller wheels. I can speed along, or weave in and out of pedestrian traffic if necessary. I can’t stop talking about my folding bike to everyone I know!!!!

I am very impressed with the quality of the Zizzo bikes. I bought five (yes, five) of the refurbished Zizzo Libertes for my family. We were seriously considering buying titanium Bromptons at nearly five times the price, and I'm glad to say that the Zizzos have more than met every need we had. They are well-designed, rock solid, comfortable, and ride well. The Libertes are every bit as light as the titanium Bromptons and have 8 (external) speeds vs. 6 (internal) speeds on the Brompton. They ride...

i have been wanting to get a folding bike for years now but was very skeptical. couldn't justify spending a few thousand on the likes of a brompton but also found anything below $500 questionable as to quality and safety. every few years i would start a research and abandon it without making a purchase, until a few weeks ago. while searching for something relating to my specialized bike i stumbled upon the zizzo bikes. based on comments and reviews, it took me about 20 minutes to make up my mind...

I love this bicycle. I have avoided riding a bike for over 20 years because of a bad accident, but I missed it so much. I'd see people riding their bikes and I envied them so much, but... that accident loomed in my head. One day, not too long ago, I met an older couple riding 20" folding bikes. They assured me they had similar concerns, but the smaller wheel somehow made them feel less vulnerable in case of a crash (stuff happens). The next day I began my search. I found Zizzo and fell in love. ...

Had so much luck with my first Liberte,I picked up a second one. in addition to road bikes, some costing as much as 10 times this price I have owned no less than 10 folding bikes over the years. In my opinion Liberte is a great bang for the buck, well equipped for the vast majority of riders. A shout out to the ZiZZO team for their excellent customer service. I was able to fix a minor squeak originating in my handlebar stem clamp with a combination of some insight from Tony, the tech guy, and th...

This bike has turned out to be better than I even expected. It is a great handling bike and it’s easy to transport. The gear ratio on it is very nice, but the company and the customer service is outstanding. I lost some screws for an accessory and they quickly replaced them. They also help me with some of the set up with the bike itself. I am very pleased with this company. This review is for both of the bikes that I bought because I bought two1 Forte 2023s, as you can see in the picture. Very h...

First, why a boat photo in a Zizzo bike review? Because Zizzos are great boat bikes. Also excellent train bikes. Even great if you commute partly by car and don’t want to fool with bike racks. Anyway, we are sailing the west coast of Mexico right now, and when we stop in places with roads it’s great to have a Zizzo. I am not an expert on folding bikes, but from what I have seen they are by far the best buy in the folding bike market. Another boater showed me a bike that cost three times as...

I ordered the Campo refurbished. I don't know what's refurbished about it bc it looks brand new. Took it out for a spin and fell in love with cycling all over again. The bike fits in my Ford Focus trunk like a charm and I still have space for whatever I had in there before the bike. A couple of days later, I ordered the Liberte just bc I wanted to get my daughter on the road with me. Both the Liberte and the Campo fit in my trunk and I still have space for skates, safety gear, helmets etc....

For a new multimodal commute I bought a Zizzo Liberte from Target.com in case I needed to return the bike to a store. I also ordered from the Zizzo website the optional fenders and rack. The bike arrived with a broken pedal, and the fender set had a broken connector. But Zizzo customer service was very responsive and replaced both parts that were quickly mailed to me. I am very happy with how lightweight the Liberte is, very handy when carrying it folded onto a crowded Metro Train. A couple ...

Love my bike! I have been riding my Zizzo Campo(refurbished) for almost 2 weeks now. Rides nicely/comfortably! It is pretty light weight as I have had to lug it up/down a couple of flights of stairs in my apt. bldg. I had to have the breaks and fenders checked once I got it out of the box. But the staff (Luis) at Zizzo were more than accommodating to help me fix the issue(s). Better to check everything before you ride anyway especially if you are a novice like myself. So far I have rode 46 miles...

When I bought my first ZIZZO bike I didn’t like the plastic petals. They didn't have enough grip. Especially when I got caught in the rain. My foot kept slipping and it was a little harder to go up hills. So, the second day I had bought the metal panels and let me tell you that was the best decision I’ve made. I have a better grip specially when it rains I don’t slip on the petals anymore. It was really easy to install and they’re really easy to remove as well.

I'm very satisfied with this purchase. During the summers in south Florida there's excessive high temperatures and daily rain storms so the indoor trainer for me is a great option so that I can still get my daily exercise. It is quality constructed in heavy duty steel and designed to last. I was able to set it up by myself and it works great, love it.

I love my new Via. I can just throw it in the back if my Honda CRV, and fold and unfold it in seconds. I've gotten a lot of compliments on it too. Love the blue color also. I did order a more comfy, wider, padded seat right away because of the other reviews I'd read saying the skinny seat was not comfortable. I would not have lasted 5 minutes on that skinny seat. Overall, a great bike (except for the seat) and I definitely recommend.

Thought it might be average quality compared to my more expensive bikes, not at all. This bike is super stable, study, fast, and all around amazing. Very portable. Easily compete against those pro looking people with all their gear. Super fast and great geers. Being refurbished didnt make a difference in terms of aesthetics or performance. Highly satisfied and recommended.

After doing extensive research for a smaller folding bike, I came across zizzo, Via model to be more specific. I had contemplated getting a refurbished one but the cost difference between refurbished and a new Via bike was miniscule when it came to dollars and cents; so I decided to go with the new one. After unpacking the bike I did my inspection on it and for the most part everything is fine, the only thing that I would have to say is that the kickstand has a couple of little scratches on it a...

I love the bike! Great design and quality! However, I would change the stand of the bike not interfering with the pedals, so when I fold the bike, it would not be a struggle. Overall, a big bang for my buck. Keep up the good work, Zizzo!

Bought 2 refurbished Liberte bikes, racks, covers, and phone holders. Put them right on the boat and have already ridden all over Montauk and Shelter Island. They are awesome! Easy to pack up and stow so are there when we want them. For us, they literally mean freedom when we arrive at a new harbor. They ride great- solid feel, very responsive, highly adjustable to fit both me and my wife, great range of gears for up and down hills. Fantastic!

I've personally owned 4 different brands/models of folding bikes during my 40+ years of cycling. I decided to purchase the Liberte" model, primarily because of the lighter weight, the more durable 8-speed rear derailleur, smaller diameter tires and the good gearing combination for the type of riding I enjoy. I currently ride paved rails-to-trails and urban paved trails in the area where I reside. Being a Senior citizen, I've found this folder to be a little easier to load in and out of my per...

"Third On Is The Charm" . This is our third Zizzo bike and definitely the best one. A nice combo of the road bike (Liberte) and the BMX style (Ferro). . Pro: Test ride this morning for forty five minutes around the neighborhood, hitting every raggedy part of sidewalks to test the tires and ride comfort, going over jagged, moon crates and large, raised cracked areas. . Flawless!!!! . Seat is comfortable (no need to change) especially when riding over the rough terrain as well as the smooth road (bi...

I was looking for a bike that is both versatile and practical. So I watched a few review videos on youtube and decided to buy the Zizzo Liberte. After riding the bike, so far, for 50 miles in NYC, I can state that the Liberte has met my expectations. The bike is super light and agile and responds well on the road and primary trails. On a different note, because I also ride a Trek Émonda SL 6 during the weekends and on long rides, I made two minor modifications to the Liberte. I upgraded the chai...

I am 69 years old, and hadn’t ridden a bicycle for many, many years. After a lot of thought and research, I recently decided to buy a Zizzo. I knew that if I could just fold up a bike and toss it in the car, and be able to just ride whenever and wherever I could work it in, I would ride a LOT more consistently than if I had to mount a bike rack or remove wheels, etc. I first ordered the Via model, which I liked very much — it was excellent! But I was having to get off and walk it up little hills...

I love my new folding bike and the color turned out perfect! People ask about it, the ride is very comfortable even for my lower back issues, and it’s compact size allows me to ride to nearby appointments. When I feel like exploring bike trails, I just fold it up, place it in the trunk and go. Way more convenient than a bike rack!

The Forte has a robust frame and rides smooth. The variability of the seat and handldlebar has enabled me to achieve a more comfortable riding position than any previous bike I have ridden. Been riding daily since since I received the bike a couple of weeks ago, pushing the bike hard to to assess its capabilities. Once I fine tuned the brakes and the rear derailer the Forte has handled quite well on the rough pavement and light gravel roads I often ride. So far, so good. Look forward to some upc...
