I’m 5”8”, 142 lbs and I ordered a size small in both the pink strapped sports bra and the 4” biker shorts. The material is very stretchy and does not construct my body in any way. I made a mistake on my order and Royal Change quickly helped me resolve my issue. I have so many sets of Royal Change clothing and I wear them regularly.

I absolutely adore these shorts. I opted for the ones in pink ( size medium... I'm 5'5 130lbs where most of my weight is in glutes and upper thigh area ). I enjoy how breathable they are, they are not overly compressive, and the material isn't thick. I use these predominantly for home workouts, or even lounging around the house..and cannot wait to wear these on hot summer days, and hot summer day workouts. I also own them in the biker short version- ..and I do tend to reach for these ones more! ...

Definitely the stickiest yoga mat I’ve ever owned. I absolutely love it. It makes doing yoga moves so much easier knowing that the floor won’t be ripped out from behind me while in an awkward position. Lol I was able to do a backbend for my first time since I was 12 years old and I really owe it all to the sticky mat. If I had any complaints at all, it’s just that it takes a bit to dry so you can’t roll it up right away after class but besides that excellent Mat highly recommend.

I adore everything about this bra but what I love most is how thick the straps are! If you’re like me, you hate sports bras that have super thin straps that dig into your skin. These are definitely not the case! I put a standard size of floss next to it so you can see how thick it is. It’s amazing!

I really like this yoga mat but it is HEAVY! Definitely not a go-to choice for myself when traveling. I tend to use this more for when I am doing stretching or yoga as the material does hold well, but when I did some cardio my sneakers tend to stick to the mat. It’s a great quality and very easy to keep clean.

I really like this sports bra! It’s comfortable and for me, it can be worn with or without the padded insert (although I prefer it with it). I ordered this in a S and it is a little big. I also have this sports bra in the coral color in XS, and that was a little small. I’m likely between sizes but I do find it’s a bit more comfortable in the S. I definitely recommend this product. It’s well made and the lavender color is lovely!

I’ve always used a mini blender for protein shakes so I was a little skeptical about how well the powder would mix up in the shaker bottle. This thing is awesome!! So much more convenient than charging batteries, cleaning the blades, etc and it’s perfect for travel! Love it!!

I ordered these shorts in a small in the lavender and the coral colors and both are great! I do prefer to wear underwear under my workout clothes and you can see it through these shorts. They do tend to ride up on my legs a bit as well as I work out... and they are a little big for me but, I feel the XS would be too small. All that aside they are soft, the colors are great and I love wearing them!

Love the wide straps and cut of this sports bra. I can’t speak to its support for larger chests as I don’t need much support, but it is super smooth and comfy. It doesn’t pinch in my back or under my arms like others do. I love the v-shaped mesh in the front too!

I really like the style of this sports bra. The Depth Blue color is nice and the fit is good for a smaller chest. I like the length, too. I wear a 32A and the XS fits well. Paired with older Royal Change shirts in black and yellow. Only thing is there was a mis-stitch on the inside of one of the straps as shown in the picture.

Overall it was awesome I have no complaints!!!
Just a few thoughts -
1. Frustrating when you wait in line to get into the work out then everyone rushes the gate. Maybe have more like a feed that you have to go threw so it is a little more controlled. I still had an awesome spot off to the side with plenty of room . I think it was a better spot than being on top of each other right in front of the stage.
2. Maybe think about different levels of payment or I should say options
