I've loved all the programs, and with this one I was able to confirm that you can really adapt the workouts to your needs and resources (as Sydney always says). I used a couple of gallon water bottles instead of dumbells on two ocassions because I wasn't at home and got a great workout. I highly recommend these programs!

I sweat alot when I workout, so most generic mats I would be slipping on them. Not this one! It's almost like it grips you. My hands can be sweaty, I wear gloves for my weights, but on the body workouts... no movement. I love how it has some weight to it, which is nice. The mat itself is beautiful. Very clean and stylist. This is how a workout mat should be made. Nothing like enjoying a good sweat and feeling safe from slipping. Thank you.

I absolutely love this mat! Unlike my previous one it doesn’t move and slip around. It says right where I place it. It’s cushioned enoygh to be comfortable when doing regular or side planks or any ab type move. . What a great product!

I love these sliders! I’ve been using rags before buying these and only had a limited space where I could use them. Once I got the sliders, I’ve been able to use them on my carpeted floor and it’s made workouts so much easier and more fun. Also turquoise is my favorite color so that’s just a bonus!

HOLY SHITAKE MUSHROOM!! serious game changer for mountain climbers. Got a set for my daughter whom helps keep me accountable AGAIN! I always preferred mtn climbers over burpees but that may change lol! Have your gluten bands also & really find your products are high quality! Will definitely keep buying from the store. These are so thick and I love the grippy texture on the inside. These are the first resistance bands that aren’t thin rubber and they don’t roll up which is amazing! I have used them once so far during one of Sydney’s summertime fine workouts and loved them!

I have had many mats an none have quite been what I want/need. They are either too short, slippery, not wide enough, no cushion, etc. I have been waiting for this mat to be released! I am very very happy with it. The length, and width are perfect. It is not slippery at all, even when I am working out in socks. I’ve never bought a real yoga mat before. I’ve been using cheap ones and thought they were ok and it worked for me. Then I bought the Royal Change mat and it has changed my entire exercise life! This mat is so heavy and worth the price. It doesn’t slip as bad as my old mat on my carpet and it provides plenty of padding to help reduce the noise my neighbors hear. I loved the shirt! Not only is the color super pretty but the fabric is very soft and nice. I tried it on and fell in love with it! I was afraid I wouldn’t like the elastic at the bottom but honestly it’s super flattering. It’s not tight at all, but is just enough to accentuated your waist. I bought two colors and love both of them!
