These are a nice pair of 4.5 length shorts in yellow and I also purchased the black pair. I wear a 00 and purchased an XS and have a little room in the waist band and around the theighs. The fit is still pretty good and wears well when doing squats and lunges as there isn't much "ride up" from the bottom of the shirts. The material is super soft, too!

Love the yellow color of this strappy sports bra! Purchased the Energy shorts in yellow, too! I wear a 32A and purchased an XS. The fit is good and I like the single front pad. Strappy back is cute. I wore this bra on my run this morning and paired with the Royal change teal running shirts and had enough support in the bra due to not having a large chest. Thank you for designing such a great sports bra that is super soft, cute and comfortable!

These running shorts are great! I like the 3.5 inseam. Teal color is really pretty. I wear a 00 and purchased an XS and the shorts fit well. I wore the Royal Change Energy bra in yellow with these shorts on a run this morning and it looked pretty good together! Nice size waistband with a tie on the inside. Small pocket inside on the right side and lining fits well for a run.

I purchased the 4.5 shorts in yellow and black. I only got the Energy strappy sports bra in yellow and pairing it with the black shorts is very much like a bumblebee, so I wore another sports bra to match. Got my workout apparel today. Everything fit great!!! I am 5'4" 125 34D....I got a small in Everything, perfect fit! The material is SUPER soft, very flexible, felt great on my skin. Not to thick but not to thin. It has wonderful coverage no bend over see through here. The sports bra had great coverage, especially on the sides. These resistance bands are straight up AWESOME! I was using basic bands from Target and decided to invest in my fitness journey and purchase these. Wow. Just...wow. The quality of this mat is on the same level as the Lululemon mat but at a better price and more encouraging. Also, I get really sweaty hands feet but with this mat there is no slippage. I stay put on the mat and the mat stays put on the floor! I love it!

This bra feels expensive and luxurious. It is buttery soft but feels heavy, in a great way. The color is beautiful and the little details are a pleasant touch. Sydney used a single pad insert which is a plus compared to all the other bra inserts that get all messed up after washing or putting the bra on. I highly recommend!

I will be honest and say I have not used these yet to work out. It's February and I live in Pennsylvania. It's too cold. But I have worn them and they are so soft and comfortable. They have a great high rise to hold in all my extra stuff and they have a great length to the inseam. Thank you Sydney and Dustin (and baby Houdyshell) for all you have done!

I loved everything I've purchased! I think the tie dye sweater was my all-time favorite gift from the hubby. So cozy - I wear it all the time. The resistance bands are amazing quality as well.
