I bought the XS and think they fit perfectly - I am 111 lbs and 5'3". The material feels soft and moves well with the exercise moves. The shorts stay up and don't need adjusting while working out. And the color is amazing - I love the vibrancy of the yellow. It just feels great against my body even when not working out.

I bought these shorts to help me continue mindful movement despite having a cast on my whole leg. I'll wear them when the cast is off and rehab my knee as well-- and I'm sure I'll wear them for years after! They are so comfy, the waistband doesn't pinch, and they don't bunch up on the chair, which is essential for me since my movement is inhibited by the cast keeping my leg stick-straight. I highly recommend these shorts for anyone doing physical therapy or rehab on their legs!

The cap is gorgeous! The color is beautiful and the quality is great. It is a little on the bigger side (I’m guessing so it’ll fit most people) so I do have to take it in. But it’s great and has a good fit! Definitely would recommend

I love my blender bottle use it for protein, pre workout, and water during my workouts! This is my second one. The only criticism I have for both of my blender bottles is that they don’t close all the way on the top. I had a few incidents when I would shake the bottle and liquid will come flying out the top. But overall love repping Royal Change !

I love these joggers!!! They are the softest ever! The length is perfect on my 5'5 frame! The waistband seems to stretxh out a little which I like. It could be a little looser. I’m always excited to get new workout outfits , especially with the Royal change logo. I really like that the shorts came with pockets ! Will love to see more of Tess outfits in other bright colors and prints. As a side note bring back the Royal change car sticker please! My husband total my Jeep where I had the sticker and I need a new one for my new Jeep!
