These are the best bands ever each one does exactly what it says and I love the heavy band. It’s very good compared to what I had. It is excellent. Also, I love the color.💚

This may is the Rolls Royce of yoga mats. The material is durable and the mat has sole good weight to it, not too heavy but enough for you to know it’s going to last. I usually need pads for my knees and elbows but with this mat I no longer need them. And let’s not forget the beautiful colors offered. I wish I made this purchase like ago. You won’t regret it!

I already had the square neck in black and crushed garnet and I LOVE them! Supportive and a little sexy, I can do a cardio workout in it and not be bothered, but definitely a go to for a good strength day. I typically despise bra pads that aren’t sown in or molded cups but RC nailed these bras and the pad rarely moves!

Amazing quality ! Plus I got is SIGNED by sydney due to a special promo it is so exciting love seeing it every time I workout. Plus customer service was so attentive!

Loveeeeee Sydney’s bands! This is my second set and I highly recommend them to everyone! They are perfect for leg and glute workouts. The quality of the bands is fantastic!

So soft! The pad that comes with it you have to straighten out a bit and maneuver after washing but overall love this bra! I squeezed into a small and I’m a 36D so I could get a bit more support for HIIT

Love love love the colors on this bra! I was concerned it would make me feel flat but it doesn’t at all. I used to be a D/DD before and during breastfeeding and then after second kiddos deflated to a B on a good day. I love the support and look and everything about this bra!

Once again Royal Change apparel knocked it out of the park!! This sports bra is so soft, supportive and lays nicely. There is no pulling or straps digging anywhere! This Vivid line has gorgeous colors.. I’m so happy I was able to purchase another piece!

This strappy sports bra is so comfy and love the way it looks in the back! I normally wear a small and this is a small and fits perfectly. True to size.

Love this water. Keeps water cold for hours. The new top with the handle makes it super easy to carry around with me and the straw ensures no spilling. Great product!

I am obsessed with this fabric!!!!! It's so soft so supportive. I am 160lbs 5'2" wearing a size large bra and medium shorts. I had the small shorts exchanged them for a medium. The shorts in the correct size will not roll down!!!

OMG!!! These mesh leggings are AMAZING!!! I'm wearing a small in leggings and bra. I love how these feel, they are compressive but comfortable. The mesh is REALLY well done, too. I have stretched it while working legs in the gym and it holds! I look good and feel good. Love it!!!

Absolutely love this bra. I already have it in the blue and green so I snagged this one up also. Wish it came in the baby pink and either blue or black also!

These are so cute! I don’t normally wear shorts this short for exercise but I do like these! They are compressive so I’m glad I got a large. I’m 160 lb 5’4” 41 in hips

I love these shorts so much, incredibly comfortable and down roll down! I’ve bought them in five colors! I’m 5’ 1” and 122 lbs and wearing size medium. I imagine many people my size could also wear size small if they have a leaner core.

Both the navy and green shorts fit perfectly. Love the make and the material. I’m pretty sure I’ve ordered something from everyone of the launch es and have never been disappointed.

I’ve been eyeing this bottle for a long time and finally decided that I needed to reward myself for showing up! It is lightweight and keeps my water nice and cold and the color is beautiful!

Absolutely LOVE this tank! It is super soft and flowy. I have been wanting a tank like this and was super stoked: when I saw Royal Change released one. For the record I am 5’7”, 144 lbs and ordered a medium. I could have probably gone with a small but I like my tanks to fit loose.

I have a set in Heathered Cranberry Mauve that I love and I just purchased a hoodie in Heathered Ivory Cream. The hoodie looks great with my new Royal Change leggings in Lavender and Seaform! Soft fabric on the inside and out with pockets. I’ve only worn a tank top and short sleeve shirt underneath and the fit is nice. I usually wear an XS in tops and sweatshirts and the XS fits great!

So in love with these high quality leggings and this is hands down the MOST beautiful and supportive sports bra! I’m 135#, 36C, 5’6 and got a size Small in both Bra and Leggings! If they restock I’m definitely buying the other colors!!!

Love this sports bra, it's one of my favorites. Love the material and the strappy back. Not the best option for high impact cardio. But I wear it on my weight days.

Defo size up in these, the compression is real, but I love it! Got mine to go with the BOLD cross strap bra and they look amazing together! I’m 5’4” and 125 pounds and got size small. I honestly would probably get a medium next time but couldn’t pass up the sale at the time.

These are one of my favorite pair of Royal Change leggings! I already had the leggings in Seafoam and Lavender and just purchased the leggings in Peach Orange. Vibrant orange color looks great with the Essence high neck sports bra in Depth Blue! I love the no front seam and top band with the raised RC logo on the left hip. Great fit true to size. I’m 5’4” and the leggings hit at my ankles.

I really love these leggings! I ended up replacing them with the XL because I wanted a looser, less compressive fit. I also got the blue color. I usually wear a medium or large.

Love the vivid leggings and square neck bra. The fabric and fit are perfect. I’ve been working out with Sydney since 2019 and this is what 63 looks like - healthy and strong. Thank you for the daily workouts - you are inspirational and a blessing.

Good biker shorts can be a bear to find - but found them I did! The fabric and fit is marvelously flattering, especially on my postpartum frame, and ever so comfortable. I'm excited to wear them for a workout!

5 star! Very supportive and fit is just right. I’m 32C, 5’3 and 130 and I ordered a small. I’ve done high impact and lifting in this bra and it’s great for both. Sydney has been my go-to trainer since 2020, and I owe my strength and fitness through my last 2 pregnancies (5 kids total) to her and Dustin!!! I don’t mind supporting her in this way since her workouts are free - which is so rare these days. I bought the matching pants and am so glad I did.

I LOVE this complete jogger set! I got the pants in XL and the jacket is a 2XL because they were out of XL. Living in MN I wear a lot of layers. This jogger set is perfect for walking my dog in. It's so soft and warm, but not too warm, which is perfect me.

The material is perfectly thick to help with compression and band is wide enough to not cut into my ribcage. The bands don’t cut into my shoulder and provides great high support. My favorite sports bra to date!

Sooooo cozy!! And so warm!! I’ve debated on this one for a while and finally went for it in fall. No regrets! Lining is thick and soft. Hood is nice and deep. Length goes past my hips a bit…perfect length (I’m 5’6” and got a medium). All in all, so happy with my purchase. I’ll be sad when it gets warm out and this Sherpa will be too much to wear:)

This is such a great one shoulder sports bra! I love the Heat Red color and I also previously purchased in Charge Blue. Fits true to size as I wear a 32A and purchased the XS. Great to wear for a strength workout, yoga and Pilates or as an everyday lounge top. Paired with older Royal Change black shorts and the Midnight Navy shorts from the Vivid collection.

Royal change apparel is top notch. The fit and quality are both superb. I love wearing my apparel from RC. It makes me confident in and outside of the gym!
