Love these! They do not have the compression band, but I think they are more comfortable because of that. The inside seams in the legs are lined to keep them in place. Great shorts!

It’s so comfortable and the color is amazing. I appreciate the adjustable straps. I am pretty flat chested so I’ll probably swap out the single wide padding for some individual inserts. But I love that I can do that if I want.

I got the matching top and shorts and I’m in love! This material is so soft, and stretchy, squat proof, and just all around cute. I also have this set in blue. I’m 5’3 145 lbs and got a medium in bottoms and a small in the top.

Absolutely LOVE this mat! It stays put on my hard floor and is comfortable to work out on. I love the rubbery material - my hands get really sweaty during workouts and they would always slide on the other mats I’ve had while working out or stretching - my hands don’t move on this one! Can’t beat all the pep talk on this one either.

These leggings and matching sports bra are so soft and comfy! Ordered them to give me more pep in my step and motivation while following Sydney's workouts and they make me feel incredible while I workout. My only note is that the waistband on the leggings is a bit loose on me, I am 5'9" and approximately 140 pounds, could have maybe gone down to an X-Small but I don't like the feeling of skin tight clothing so all about your preference! Overall, I love this matching bra & shorts. They fit like a glove and the color is even better in person. Only downside is the Bra insert folds in the middle and the waist tends to fold down when working out. Will definitely purchase more colors... pls restock Sydney

I LOVE these shorts. They are buttery soft and look cute. They are squat proof and long enough so they don't ride up my thighs. I'm 5'6" 140 lbs, 26 in waist, 37 in bust, and 39.5 in hips and got a size medium. These fit perfectly, the only thing is since the fabric is so soft you can see underwear lines. They sit right above my belly button. I would definitely order more!

I've done Sydney's workouts consistently for the past two years. She has gotten me through a miscarriage, a pregnancy, and now, unfortunately, a divorce. She has been my guardian angel and I wouldn't have gotten through what I've had to endure without her keeping me going. This top is very flattering (very cute cutout in the back) and soffft. It doesn't get hot and is great for workouts! I did notice a bit of pilling after washing (on delicate), but it could just be the load it was with. I hope it wears well down the road because I want another color!
