I really like this sports bra! It’s comfortable and for me, it can be worn with or without the padded insert (although I prefer it with it). I ordered this in a S and it is a little big. I also have this sports bra in the coral color in XS, and that was a little small. I’m likely between sizes but I do find it’s a bit more comfortable in the S. I definitely recommend this product. It’s well made and the lavender color is lovely!

I’ve always used a mini blender for protein shakes so I was a little skeptical about how well the powder would mix up in the shaker bottle. This thing is awesome!! So much more convenient than charging batteries, cleaning the blades, etc and it’s perfect for travel! Love it!!

Love the color and the straw feature. It is big - my hand only encircles it halfway, but it does have the carry handle on top, so that is helpful, but I don't see myself taking it on walks with me. But I do use it while I am working out at home, or at the beach!

I absolutely adore my Royal Change fitness wardrobe!! The strappy sports bra are my favorite. I have them in multiple colors and rotate them through the week. They fit well and keep "the girls" supported while we "crush it"! They also absorb sweat well. The quality is likened to that of high end sportswear. I love rockin' the crown with every workout, it completes the Royal Change happy, healthy, fit lifestyle experience! I can't wait for the next release.

I’ve been working out with Sydney for a couple of years but just picking out workouts I fancied doing on the day having the calendar has let me plan my week swapping rest days to fit in with my schedule, I haven’t miss a day & I'm pushing myself out of my comfort zone as I always avoided doing the workouts I didn’t like mostly the abs & glutes but I’m starting to feel stronger & see results I definitely feel having the calendar had made me more accountable I would recommend it 100 %

This mat is the best. It doesn't slide like some other mats, it is thicker than the cheaper mats, and the graffiti is very encouraging. I find myself reading all of the messages during Sydney's workouts especially when I'm feeling like I can't do another rep. I'll see, "You can and You will" and I push harder to complete the rep. Thank you Sydney and Dustin for always encouraging us to do our best!!!

I LOVE these shorts! I had worn them inside, but it was finally warm enough here in Iowa to wear them outside for a 4 mile run today. The pockets have changed my life. I don’t have to wear my arm band to hold my phone, it fits snuggly into the shorts pockets. They will come in handy this summer at races, or just out and about when you need somewhere to put your phone and keys. I am going to order one of every color!!!

Love this water bottle! It’s the perfect size; not too big and not too little. I love the navy blue color and already am trying to decide on another color in the near future. The handle is perfect for carrying it into and around the gym. The straw mouthpiece is easy to flip up and down. Overall, a great bottle! No complaints here!

I’ve tried other brands and materials, and end up either wasting time (and reps) adjusting them, or taking them off because they roll or cut into my legs. Especially later in the workout when I’m sweating. Not these! They stay in place, really ramp up my workout, and I look forward to using them. Totally recommend! (The storage bag speaks to my tidy preferences too!)

I love these joggers, have them in grey, bone and now the mauve. They’re true to size. I’m wearing a small and fit me just right as I like them more on the fitted side but not uncomfortably tight. The material is soft and feels great on my skin.
