Oh, I just LOVE this water bottle! ❤️ I had resisted purchasing it because it is too large for my car cup holder! But I needed this size for my workouts and when I am out working in the yard! Less trips to refill the bottle, it stays super cold, is stainless sturdy, and the straw and carrying handle were the game changers for me! I will be purchasing more! Sydney’s workout gear is really top notch. The material is so soft. The waistband does not roll. They’re squat proof. They wash well and don’t pill. They stretch and snap back. And this blue color is epic!! Highly recommend.

I’m 5”8”, 142 lbs and I ordered a size small in both the pink strapped sports bra and the 4” biker shorts. The material is very stretchy and does not construct my body in any way. I made a mistake on my order and Royal Change quickly helped me resolve my issue. I have so many sets of Royal Change clothing and I wear them regularly.

I absolutely adore these shorts. I opted for the ones in pink ( size medium... I'm 5'5 130lbs where most of my weight is in glutes and upper thigh area ). I enjoy how breathable they are, they are not overly compressive, and the material isn't thick. I use these predominantly for home workouts, or even lounging around the house..and cannot wait to wear these on hot summer days, and hot summer day workouts. I also own them in the biker short version- ..and I do tend to reach for these ones more! ...

These are seriously the best leggings I have ever owned. They are super comfortable, sweat wicking and don’t fall down. The length is perfect. I absolutely love the details of the royal change emblem on the leg and the script on the back. I will be purchasing these in every color! For reference I’m 5’6”, 115 lbs and the extra small fit perfect!

Overall it was awesome I have no complaints!!! Just a few thoughts - 1. Frustrating when you wait in line to get into the work out then everyone rushes the gate. Maybe have more like a feed that you have to go threw so it is a little more controlled. I still had an awesome spot off to the side with plenty of room . Love this water bottle!! I was looking for one that can encourage me to drink more water and is far better than my current plastic bottle. This does the trick! It helps me drink more water (which has been my goal forever!) and I love supporting Sydney!!! The color is perfect and I love that it is insulated. It can get a bit heavy at times but due to the handle it’s easy to carry. The straw lid is a benefit. Durable enough to take anywhere and easy to clean. Love this water bottle!

I really like this yoga mat but it is HEAVY! Definitely not a go-to choice for myself when traveling. I tend to use this more for when I am doing stretching or yoga as the material does hold well, but when I did some cardio my sneakers tend to stick to the mat. It’s a great quality and very easy to keep clean.

I ordered these shorts in a small in the lavender and the coral colors and both are great! I do prefer to wear underwear under my workout clothes and you can see it through these shorts. They do tend to ride up on my legs a bit as well as I work out... and they are a little big for me but, I feel the XS would be too small. All that aside they are soft, the colors are great and I love wearing them!
