These leggings are so comfortable. The compression is just perfect. I love the "Royal Change" across the back waistband, the crown on on the bottom and of course the rainbow stripes add a nice dash of color.

I purchased these shorts in Heat Red to match the One-Shoulder Longline bra I had previously purchased. I love the fit, 4.5” length and no front seam. Shorts fit well with little rise up to pull down when working out.

This is my favorite RC sports bra! I purchased Depth Blue first and just got Grace pink and I love the color! Super soft fabric with a great fit! I paired with 4.5” shorts from the Essence, Bold and Vivid collections. Great support for cardio, resistance training and yoga days!

Super soft and comfy mid weight joggers. Nice soft lining and they are not too thick if you want to wear them to workout in. They keep we warm working out in my basement in Pennsylvania! For reference I am 5’4” and 135lbs and I got the joggers and hoodie in a medium. My only thought is if you have long legs, these might run short on you. I have short legs & they fit me perfectly. Great outfit though, definitely recommend.

Super comfy, mid weight and such a soft lining. Definitely quality & beautiful creamy, off-white color. I bought a medium for reference, I am 5’4” and 135lbs. I wear a size 6 & usually a medium in most brands.

I was nervous buying online but the size chart worked perfectly for me. This bra is super comfortable and great for my workouts with Sydney on her channel! I got navy and pink and both are fab.

Love the color, the fabric and pockets. Perfect length. I would love if they had a silicone strip inside the waist hem so they don't go down while you exercise. But overall LOVE THEM!!!

Loving the new workout outfit! The sports bra fits amazing!! I feel super supported and confident. And the pants fit great and I feel that I can move around easily. Light enough for a cardio workout, sturdy enough for a leg workout.

Love Love my new leggins, ordered size S and they fit perfectly well. I reckon for winter they are perfect, they will be too warm for the summer. Color is just as described, would def order again, if it wasnt for those excruciating shipping and customs fees, shame Europeans cant really order from the US. Otherwise, very nice leggins

Love the way these shorts fit! They stay in place on my legs and don’t ride up at all. The side pockets are a definite winner. These shorts are very comfortable and really motivate me to keep showing up! Love the sports bra too!

Love Sydney’s products! Have the Purple, Pink, and Blue set and they’ve lasted and withstood! Was ready for another set! They arrived fast and came with a really cute velvety carrying case. They feel great and have rugged quality, don’t slip or roll while I use them, which I love! Graffiti in black and white is a fun look! Always appreciate her time spent to create and design her products!

The Royal Change 4.5” shorts are a favorite and I am so glad there is no front seam! I have many pairs from the Essence, Bold, Vivid and older collections and just purchased a pair in Evergreen. Paired with the Bold "Y" Back Sports Bra in Force Black and I enjoy being able to mix and match RC pieces. Fit is true to size and there is minimal ride up on the thighs to have to pull the shorts down.

I was so impressed with the quality and fit of this sports bra. The feel of it far exceeded my expectations. I will be ordering my workout gear from Royal Change in the future. Thanks!!!

I finally had to throw out my original Royal Change sweatshirt due to wearing it for a long time and having holes. I ordered this new simple black sweatshirt and fell in love right away. Quality is 10/10 and so is the look! I ordered a size up for a more baggy feel. I will be buying the other color as well! I love it!

I cannot express how happy I am with this mat! I always wondered why Sydney’s mat stayed in place…..now I know. I appreciate the non slippage as well as having about 2” more in width while working out. It also doesn’t stretch out on me when I’m stretching and or planking. And, having the positive words right under me that Syd always preaches is just another booster to keep moving. I love it! Worth every penny!

Being a larger chested woman I never thought I could pull off a one shoulder sports bra but this one is fan-freaking-tastic!! I felt strong, powerful and sexy - and at 49, that can be hard!! This set gave me all the feels and was a reward for not missing a workout for 2 months. Supportive, I never had to adjust it, just an all around amazing sports bra!!!

Absolutely love the color and cut. I have 3 of the square neck from Vivid and love them so it’s no surprise I love the daydream square neck as well. This color is everything! So soft and good support for moderate workouts for a little larger chest. (34D/36D) I can run in the square necks but it’s not my go to, but overall a very versatile and beautiful piece!

I got a size medium pants, which I usually buy. It fits perfect. The waist is a little big, but I like that, plus I can cinch it. The legs are perfect. I wouldn't want to go smaller. I ordered a size small sweatshirt. Which is my usual t shirt size. Sometimes I get mediums for sweatshirts. But this small is the perfect loose and snugness.

The quality of fabric is very nice! Thick, soft, and durable. They are comfortable and not hot to wear. The draw strings are long, easy to tight, and nicely corded. The small fit well but we’re a little blousy and seemed a little big for a size small. Even so, these are a pair of shorts that can be worn out and about or lounging around the house. This is Royal Change quality and worth every penny!

Absolutely , beautifully made ! Wearing XL shorts and L top. I was 9 months pregnant while wearing this outfit throughout my pregnancy and it stretched with me without losing its integrity !

super cute top! it’s definitely alittle bigger then other launches so i’m glad i got the small or i would be swimming in it. not see through (atleast the top) and a pretty pale blue. very comfortable but maybe not as supportive if you are larger chested

This tank is super soft and comfortable while working out. I like to have a tank on for workouts, and this fabric does not feel restricting or too hot. Going to be buying in more colors!

OBSESSED with this top. Best of all the tops IMO. The fit is just perfection. Feels so good on and still supportive. The color is so pretty and the best soft buttery feel fabric. Have worn it to workout and a walk around town with cut offs. This is a lifestyle piece for sure!

I love these shorts. They are slightly half an inch higher in the waist than the other previous lines but still the same buttery soft with just a bit of snug compression. LOVE them. I thought this color would be see through but they are not! Yay. They fit amazing and look great.

Awesome fit! No spillage in the front or on the sides. Love the cute back straps. Has adjustment straps available. The material is very soft with a slight cotton feel. Just taught two sessions at the gym and held in place well! Would totally get this in another color!

LOVE these shorts. Royal change apparel never disappoints. these 4 1/2 inch shorts are my favorite. The waistband , the way they stay in place when I’m working out and just the overall fit is amazing.

SOOO good - these are so soft and perfect amount of stretch for the mesh. I would say, if your in between sizes, to go up JUST for the seams where the mesh meets the other fabric. It can slightly dig in a bit during squats but it doesn't hurt - I just noticed it during the workout. Perfect color too. going to buy in the other colors.

Perfect scoop neck is right! Absolutely love the fit, support, and even the little lift this bra gives. Removable pads are always a plus. I want this style bra in all the colors!

My RC shorts are the only thing you’ll catch me wearing for a workout! They’re sooo comfy and make me feel super confident. I never used to wear biker shorts until I found these! Pretty sure I own every color from every line. Oops. 😅

I love the fit and comfort of these shorts! They do run a tad small...I am 5'3" and 145 pounds and needed to size up to an extra large. Exchanging the large for extra large was very easy! I'm so happy with this purchase!

Love it so much, it’s so soft and stretchy, stays in place and it’s so comfortable. I only wish it had a bit more support for big chested girls like me. I’m 135lbs and 36DD and Medium gave me plenty coverage

Turning 59 in July this year. I am doing my best to stay in shape. I have been working out since my early 20's. I decided to purchase new work out clothes to help keep me motivated. I lost 25+ lbs after menopause which was incredibly difficult. I LOVE these! They are just the right amount of compression; tight but not too tight. I ordered the 7 inch shorts which are the prefect length.

I have like 6 pairs of these now lol I’m currently a 29” waist and a small does fit but I prefer medium so the waist doesn’t roll down. Fabric is so soft and the color is beautiful!

I absolutely love the graffiti yoga mat. I have wanted one for a while so was thrilled to hear a new batch was coming out. These new mats are thick and durable. It doesn’t budged when moving around on it. I’m guessing I’ll be comfortably working out on this mat with the Sydney Squad for a long time to come.

I love my new Royal Change mat! The graffiti sayings are so great to keep me motivated through the workout. The quality of the mat seems great too! I really have no complaints.
