Lost my retainers of 8 years while on a trip to Portugal. Luckily I still had my original impressions that were still accepted. This time I purchased the ‘file your smile’. If only I could tell myself in Portugal to not worry as much as I did. The replacement arrived quick!

Super easy to do. The longest part is just waiting once you send them impressions haha. They do keep you updated, and email you when they have received and when they are sending. This was my first time trying Clear Retain, and it went great! They sent multiple impression putties, but thankfully I only had to use one. Instructions were very straightforward. After trying on the retainers, they fit great, and are barely visible. I will definitely order from here in the future (if these durable retainers ever break)!

I can say enough good thing about these retainers. They were easy to create, shipped quickly, and are so much better than the ones I got from Invisalign. I got the premium ones. They're thin and light, and fit perfectly. The customer service team is great and they really care about making their customers happy. Grateful for this great product at a great price!

Excellent fit! even better than my original retainers from my orthodontist's office. Very comfortable - snug, yet doesn't rub (as my original's did). Note: the turnaround was a little longer than I would've liked - ~2.5 weeks or so. All in all - great experience, and I'm very happy with the retainers. ;)

Highly recommend Clear retain. The price my daughter’s Orthodontist wanted to replace her retainer ($600) after spending $5,000 on the braces themselves was insane. I just couldn’t do it. I decided to give these guys a try for 75% less and they are fantastic. Please go with these guys and save yourself lots of money. Orthodontists rip you off and I don’t understand why considering you spent thousands on the braces they should give you a few retainers for nothing.

I have retainers for almost a month now. They were super tight for a week, it was difficult to remove. Be careful how you take off retainers, you don't want to break it. Read instructions carefully. Overall, it was 2 weeks with the pictures and receiving actual retainers. This is my first pair of retainers after 3 years outside of dental office. It is way cheaper with "Clear retain" and I am satisfied with them.

The process of creating my own molds was extremely easy to do with the detailed instructions provided. I had no issues taking the imprints of my teeth. I love that they require you to send in photos before sending in the molds to make sure they will be accurate. When the retainers came I was happily surprised to see they fit perfectly. No issues at all, cheaper than what I would experience at a dentist.

I sent them the plastic 3D model that my orthodontist gave me, so I don’t really know how accurate the retainer would’ve came out if I had used the putty impression kit. That being said, I appreciate them accommodating me, and the new retainer they sent me seems identical to my original. Still too early to evaluate its durability but holding up well so far.

When I first put them on they were tight fitted but like after 5 days of wearing them they wasn't tight anymore and fits perfectly. My picture is kinda blurry where it is hard to see all the way but I love my retainers I recommend them. Customer service responded the next day they were quick about updating me while I sent in my impressions and when they was shipping them out.

My experience with clearretain was amazing the customer service was top tier. The only problem i had was that i kept messing up the putty impression and i had to keep on buying more putty lol. It look me a month or 2 to get it right 😭. Some advice for anyone struggling is to watch “Mouthpiece Guy” on youtube he has videos of how to do the impression the right way.
