It was fairly easy and straightforward to do the impressions (it took 2 tries), and I’m pleased with the quality of the lower retainer! My lower retainer I paid $600 for at the dentist’s office broke off pieces within 3 years, but this seems very sturdy, and can’t beat the price!!!
