I'm using the laptop table in place of a keyboard tray with a large monitor on a desk. This allows for a slightly reclined posture as well as normal upright posture, at the expense of having to attach/detach the tray. The quality of the chair looks and feels really good. However so far I could find a good setting for myself ergonomically even though I don't have an unusual physiology (184cm, 70kg).
