Again, I gave 4 stars, because the additional add-on accessories, all came separately after I received the chair. Also, I'd like to recommend a couple of upgrades to the next edition of the chair: 1. Better cushion on the arm rest which is offered as an upgrade addition. These are a bit on the hard side. 2. Please add a lockable tilt function to the chair. 3. Please add a seat depth function, so that the seat can move in or out. 4. Make the add-on head rest tilt left and right.

It’s just okay. Feels like it’s made for someone who is under 6’ tall. I’m 6’3”, athletic build, and unimpressed. The seat bottom is far too shallow and should be longer. The leg rest is too short and pulls forward. The arm rests are not usable in a reclined position as they’re about a foot too far in front and do not slide back nearly as much as needed.
