Certainly one of the best office chairs I've ever used. It's a little feature-rich, but the knobs feel pretty intuitive once you figure out what does what. The spring-loaded back support feels a little over engineered, but certainly does what it says it does.

I love this chair, I’m a disabled veteran, with a bad lower back. I also have a desk job. I try to do as much standing as I can but you just need to sit sometimes. My old chair would kill my back after about 30 minutes. But this chair was a lifesaver. I’m 6’1, 299lbs and this chair fits me perfectly. I got this chair as a Kickstarter early adaptor so I've had it for a while. I must say it is not only comfortable, but adjustable in so many ways. So if you want to add some more support or change an angle you can do it. I only wish that the parts that are on the pro (table and leg support)!were also available on the basic as after market add ons. Because they are not, or might be worth the extra $ to have them and go for the pro.
