i use the blue as a tool if i am having a demanding day, tried the calm and really like it the most with the ZZZ. the Zzz gives me my best recovery sleep according to my sleep app. i cant handle any caffeine in any amount, way over stimulates me, hope you can formulate Cannatine without it, carry the Res CYP1A2,enzyme and luv the energy but too many side affects with the caffeine with as little as 20-50 mg.

Okay it is very good stuff but way over priced . 4 pills for thirty dollars. Your supposed to take a quarter of each I found 1/2 of pill was a dose. So only 8 doses in box for me. Mouth got really blue. Swallow pill be better.

Every time I take this stuff which is twice a day it elevates my mood, and it gives me confidence that I'm helping the mitochondria. The second one I take during the day, I use red light therapy in addition. I have a lot of liquid methylene blue, but it's so much more convenient to take it in a trope. I tried both products for a year and used 4 to 8mg cycling daily. Then took a break for 6 months and now I use both products 1 or 2 times a week but only use 1 MG. It appears the smaller dose with Just Blue works well for me though I will take 2 MG doses at times. Both products give me a bit more energy especially in my thinking processes. The product with the caffeine a bit more. Good products for those that need metabolic repairs.

But three days ago I think I started taking a half of one which would be two little baby squares and I think I’m feeling better.
