In the beginning, I was taking the whole bigger square not being sure what I was supposed to do and that’s on me. I did not ask. But three days ago I think I started taking a half of one which would be two little baby squares and I think I’m feeling better. I decided to just swallow on an empty stomach and I am fine with that.
I’m having a little trouble with the packaging. I find it a little difficult to get the clear plastic tray containing the trouche’s out of the box. My fingers have trouble pushing the little clear button things to release the tray. Also, it’s hard to get the pieces out of the tray.
