I appreciated the pain relief and multiple setting and temperature options. It took a minute to understand the various settings but was easy enough after first use. I appreciated the glasses included which was not part of other red light blankets. But mostly I appreciated the pain relief!

It appears well made. Arrived within a week. Only time will tell. I know red/infrared light therapy is VERY effective.

It is so easy and convenient to use. That is huge plus for me. I just started to use it and have high expectations.

Pleasant, but you have to sit down and can't do much except for reading or watching TV most of the 30 minutes. I have to make sure that I keep my phone close, that sort of thing, but I hope that it will make my feet better, since I have Neuropathy and Plantar Fasciitis mostly in my right foot. I can take short walks, also pleasant, just not too long. Yes, I do like this.

Absolutely love it! Was having nerve pain in my knee from a Bakers cyst. Started using this and the pain is gone.

I think I may have tennis elbow or some nerve damage. I’m not sure if the red light helped the pain but the heat that it produced was soothing while wearing. I use it every night since I got it. I did take a few days off when I got a Cortizone shot because my doctor said he didn’t know enough about it to know if it was safe to continue right after the shot. I like how it is strapped to my elbow so that it stays in place. I wear to help me fall asleep and it shuts off on its own.
