Honestly some instructions on how the different settings are would have been nice. For instance the first setting is P1 through P5. Is P1 the most powerful or is P5? I have only had the lamp for a month. I have been using it consistently for acne and skin rejuvenation. It seems to be keeping new acne from developing. It also seems to be lightening a scar on my leg. So far I haven't seen a reduction in fine lines and wrinkles, but I recently extended the time from 10 minutes to 20 minutes. I had assumed (and would prefer) a constant setting. Instead, there are three settings of different intermittent patterns. I think I may have tennis elbow or some nerve damage. I’m not sure if the red light helped the pain but the heat that it produced was soothing while wearing. I use it every night since I got it. I did take a few days off when I got a Cortizone shot because my doctor said he didn’t know enough about it to know if it was safe to continue right after the shot.
I like how it is strapped to my elbow so that it stays in place. I wear to help me fall asleep and it shuts off on its own.
