I use my Lumy every night. It is helping my lower back most nights, but also sometimes I use it on my knee and my hips. I appreciate the plastic coating over the LEDs - another brand I previously purchased did not have that and many of the lights failed within a year. This is a fantastic alternative to those large expensive beds. I do have a membership at a health clinic near me and use one of the larger red light beds that has four light levels three times a week. I wanted something I could use daily in between in my home. This product provided me with an easy alternative for daily use at a much more affordable price. It has two light settings and has helped to enhance my journey to relieving inflammation. I love this Multi-Spectrum pad. It is so easy to use. My only problem with it is that sometimes I don't think about it at first if I have an issue. When I remember and use it, the pain is gone pretty quickly. I actually bought two. One for my personal use and one to loan to family or friends if they need help.
