I have just started using the Lumi pad and I feel an almost an immediate feeling of relaxation. The control for 1/2 hr is a perfect setting and has worked well for this last month. The pad is well made and what is felt immediately is a warm calming glow from the lights imbedded in the pad. I have tried using on my legs and notice the muscles seem more relaxed. Overall, it is a good-quality face mask and neck piece. However, the face mask is a little too big for my face, and the neck piece is cutting into my chin and leaving an imprint line after a session. I like this much better than another similar unit I purchased from a different company. Your product has many more LEDs, is larger, so it covers more surface area, and has adjustable controls. It also has a plastic cover over the LEDs so it can be wiped off to clean.
Also about 1/2 the price that I paid for the other one, which has now broken after only about 2 years.

I use it for about 30 minutes a day on each hand and I put it on level P5. I have noted that the battery needs to be charged about every other day or so. No big deal.
