I received this a few weeks ago but haven’t got very far. It seems to be a good deal for what I paid, but it’s hard to get into.
It is aimed at young users, but I expected that. The circuit diagrams are a little small to see on my laptop and I couldn’t find any printed versions.
There was a QR code that accessed a video that explained how to write code to load the code into your PC but it wasn't’ at all clear.
Conclusion: probably a good deal for the money, but not at all ready to go.

While the physical kit is nice, the online tutorial is so error prone, that I stopped using it. Perhaps they just need more time to update the site with the information provided by customers that are using the lessons. Even as someone experienced in electronics and programming, I found the error so blatant as to question if I will ever purchase another product.

Sorry I gave a neutral rating, but the fact is that I saw it had arrived, opened the box, and haven't had a chance to play with it. I have some mental/emotional health issues, which sometimes makes me less responsive than vendors (or even my friends) would really prefer.

I have some issues with the kit. The wires don't fit very well and often have to be really jiggled or manipulated to get a circuit to work. Diagrams and instructions will differ in which resistors to use, and won't explain why certain components are needed.

The robot arm could be better. The plastics used are fragile and chip/break easy, I would maybe go for injection molded parts, metal, or better quality laser cut plastic. For the design of the arm it sits really high off the base and puts a weird tension on the lower servo and make the rotation of it really choppy, possibly add a gear drive at the base to compensate for the height. I did receive one bad servo in the kit. The kit is ok. With improved material and design it can be great.

After fighting errors for three days and no response to asking for help I finally put it in the desk drawer because I’m busy and you did have someone send me an email and it didn’t help. I unloaded it off my computer and brought it back up and did the first lesson With no errors again and got busy again. I will get back on it when I get a chance I was really disappointed in your service.

I HATED IT. it broke because its cheap plastic while i was screwing in a bolt, some pieces didnt fit AT ALL and there was NO manual. it was on YT and the guy put in wrong directions + i couldnt see what the f- he was doing. im so beyond angry at this expensive piece of junk. please dont waste your money.

The toolbox is well stocked. I have found the option 2 “adventure” to be inconsistent with pin diagrams shown on screen vs. what is actually run as a demo. It is hard to see the detail on a diagram in a video.

I like the concept and layout. Not all the code is solid. For example, I've had to use Chat GPT to help me debug. I've been on Day 6 forn2 days now trying to get code that works. I didn’t like that the entire thing is AI generated. It also doesn’t explain many things to you about how these things are working or why you need resistors etc. or even how to read a resistor or what it is. If this is a beginner kit you should really be giving explanations of what these different parts of a circuit are. It would fit so well in the story too.
