Color variation is different the board brand varation... I only recieved 1 or 3 free items and support isn't helping at all with figuring out what it is and I I can use it... they haven't responded in over a week. It's a shame this was my first experience with you're company and it seems I'll never be able to recommend you're company cause yall won't make it right.

Haven't had a chance to work with it yet. Seems every thing is there but no information on what my 3 random items are, will have to look int that further. Also the image of the package in this email looks like it comes in a plastic box and the info on the site says to use the plastic box as a project housing, mine came in a sorta coated poster board type box, no plastic box. Just saying.

Everything was fine in the box. I was able to assemble the parts according to the video however using the program I had to download to program the board was the difficult part. I wasn't sure how to set it up. I installed the program but couldn't really figure it out. The video didn't say how to set things up just told you what lines of code to type in but you have to set some other things in the program first and that is where I was lost

I like the premise, however I am pretty disappointed in the kitchen and training modules themselves.
Because it is a basic kit I expected more basic explanation right up front. It is there but in a separate section that I only found after reading mention of it in a forum. So I was at a loss for some time.The resistors are hard to decipher and don't match any color coding I can find online. My kit came with an extra part and it was not identified nor did the numbers printed in it match any items...
