This is such a lovely painting. I’ve enjoyed working on it very much. The only issue is that I didn’t have enough paint (21) to finish as directed. I had to use several coats on many colors, but especially 21. Otherwise, I would have rated this five stars.

I am loving my paint by numbers habit. I always recommend Best Paint by Numbers. Super professional and the game changer is the map provided of the image. Once the paint goes down it is hard to remember which paint number it is when going back to add another paint coat. The map is so beneficial.

I took a chance ordering 2 custom kits made from vacation photos as an anniversary gift. I'm so glad I did! The kits we're created and shipped quickly and efficiently, in plenty of time for our anniversary. I've been waiting patiently for my wife to finish to see the final painting and it really is a work of art! I highly recommend!

Sandee D.Verified

The whole experience was amazing! It was shipped as fast as expected, nothing was damaged, and the package was secure. It came with great quality paint and the canvas was great! It came with some brushes which helped. However, I do recommend getting your own brushes if you choose the very detailed one, like I did, just because it helps to have multiple brushes for the detail. Overall, amazing experience and I will be purchasing again!!

Customer's two finished custom paint by numbers portraits of their dogs hanging on a wall.

Nicole U.Verified

I loved the custom paint by numbers of my two dogs. The kit arrived relatively quickly and in good shape. I liked having it on a prestretched canvas so it was easy to hold and was all ready to hang when done. I had ordered additioinal paint to make sure I did not run out, but that was not necessary. I did find it helpful to get some "flow aid additive" at a local hobby shop to thin out a few colors. I also purchased some smaller, shorter tipped paintbrushes to make the details easier to pai...

Overall I am very satisfied! Manufacturing is in china, but it arrived about a week after the seller produced it. She let me see a preview before hand so I could approve it! The one I got is the 48 color one with the included framing. The more colors you select, the more detailed the image.

I was looking for a special way to honor my aunt who loved doing paint-by-numbers and creating a gift for my mother. This seemed like the perfect way. I was very pleased with the quality of the image and the materials. I opted for the second highest level of detail and 48 colors. I wish I had remembered to remove the numbers before painting the lighter color areas because it took a few extra coats in those areas to cover but overall very happy and would recommend 1001 to anyone who enjoys painti...
