I (and the pups of course) couldn't be happier with our porch potty. The drainage is great and makes cleaning a breeze. I have mine on a 2nd story balcony and run the hose to the ground with no issues. I clean it weekly with simple green and water and in the 2 months of operation haven't experienced any odor. If you've got pup's that can't come and go freely to a yard for bathroom breaks I truly think the Porch Potty should be a requirement. It's perfect 👍

Initially some reviews stated that the pvc drain pipe was too small to fit securely to the platform's drain. You just have to unscrew the ring. I purchased some pvc tape for some extra grip, but you honestly don't need it. I was skeptical at first since my new 8 week goldendoodle puppy didn't catch on. My little Jack Russell mix took immediately to the porch potty. She’s about 8yrs and she was rescued off the streets in January. She urinates frequently. My new girl, a 2.5yr Chihuahua mix uses it sometimes. I have not worked to train her yet. I have another 4yr old who never uses it. I will eventually train him too. I purchased in September and am very happy. The liquid odor eliminator is absolutely excellent.

Bigger than expected! Wish the fire hydrant had something to hold it down but not a big deal to me as long as my doggies can potty in a proper section that we can keep clean easily and not be as stinky if it was hitting the cement. It also arrived in a timely manner, love it!

I have had Porch Potty since my American Golden Retriever was a puppy. This is my second purchase, to replace the old one I have had for almost 6 years. In equatorial weather, the wicker does wear & tear after being exposed to constant sun and rain. Nevertheless, it saves us from constantly bringing our dog out of the house and from holding back her pee.

Jackson (my Maltipoo) loves his Porch Potty. We have it on the back deck and he uses it first thing in the morning and right before bed. During the day we go for walks. It was easy to set up and looks great on my deck. It took Jackson about a day and a half to get used to it (at first he thought it was a bed and would just lay down on it lol) and now he goes to the deck door when he wants to potty and walks right over to it.

Love it! ❤️ We have an older, three-legged dog who doesn't really like to trek outside (6 floors down) to do his business. Luckily we have plenty of space and a drain on our patio. 6 years strong our potty has been going, through hot summers and snowy winters. I flush with water after every use, deep clean/disinfect every couple weeks, and change out the grass yearly. One of the best purchases I've ever made!

Very happy! Easy to assemble and place over my potty. I love that it provides shade from the hot sun, and in winter it keeps it from getting too snowy. It can actually handle quite a pack of snow, and wind! I hung some solar lights from it to illuminate at night, and a flowering vine to creep up and over. It's as lovely as a dog potty area could be 😂

Dog would not "go" on the plastic grass when it was in position on the unit, but he would "go" on the plastic grass laying flat on the deck. Same thing happened with sod. So we put the plastic grass on the unit, and laid the sod halfway on the unit and half on the deck, like a little grassy hill and with positive encouragement, dog eventually walked right up and "went". After about a week we took the sod away and now the dog is "going" good on the plastic grass as intended.

The porch potty is a huge time saver for us. We have a pomeranian and live in a 4th floor apartment. We keep the porch potty on the balcony and it's what our girl uses the majority of the time. This has made life a bit easier for us in raising a puppy. Not having to leave the apartment first thing in the morning because I can take him out on the porch is wonderful. I don't mind any of the other walks, but that first thing in the morning one is now just out to our porch! Our puppy is 11 weeks old and getting the hang of it. He went out there on his own for the first time yesterday to poop. We are giving treats for success and he is learning fast.

I’ve been using the Porch Potty grass patch for a couple of weeks now, and I’m really impressed with the quality. I rinse and wash it every day, and it’s held up extremely well. The turf still looks great, and I haven’t noticed any shedding, fraying, or fibers coming loose despite the daily cleaning. It’s durable, easy to maintain, and has been a great solution for my dogs. This is a wonderful product. We live on the fifth floor and this option is much more convenient than going down to the street at 5:00am or 10:00pm for our puppy to do her business. It is overpriced for what it is, but it works well and our puppy took to using it very quickly.

This works great for us. I have had to fiddle with the drain hose a couple of times but otherwise it works perfectly. My dog loves it and it looks great. It is bigger than I expected -- I should have looked more carefully at the dimenstions -- but that was my fault. I kept it and it is so nice looking that it does not matter that it is a bit bigger than I intended. I got the fake grass and my dog went on it right away even though he is normally reluctant to use astroturf. Happy customer!
