Living in a second floor condo is challenging for taking a dog out. Porch Potty has made this chore a lot easier. Great for late night potty breaks or early morning as well. If you are someone who has difficulty getting around and has to limit walks this makes it a lot easier. We live in a townhouse where the living space is on the second floor. There is no outdoor space for our dachshund, so we’ve been using a tray with a similar artificial grass patch with a pee pad under it for over a year. The cleaning has been awful and it smelled. I’m still working on training my dog to use it as an option. In the past he’s used the bathroom solely on walks - so I’m trying to give him this additional option since we live in an apartment! We have 2 Frenchies and live in a town house with multiple balconies. We have been customers of Porch Potty for almost 5 years! We have 3 Porch Potties and life would be so much harder without them. I have a subscription for replacement turf that comes once a month. They're easy to clean and maintain. I prefer to replace the turf every 3 - 4 weeks but they're pretty easy to clean.
