It worked well on simple dirt and dust on surfaces, but the stains and spots did not come out, even using the stain and spot remover. The directions on when to use stain and spot remover were unclear. Before or after the regular spray? It would be helpful to include directions in each shipment. I had to go online and find them and print them myself for reference.

The solution worked well, my only problem is it is difficult to squeeze out solution so that the Green Mitt is dry enough to use. The mitt is large and if someone has small hands, it takes quite a bit of work to eliminate most of the solution. Most likely once the initial cleaning is done and you move on to maintenance it will be easier to do more than one or two items at a time.

I received the cleaning kit along with the spot and stain remover. I sprayed the sofa that has been much loved by myself, my husband and 3 children and 2 dogs. I sprayed it liberally and waited 4 - 5 minutes. I then grabbed the green mitt and went to work. Nothing happened. Nothing had changed. I'm still experimenting, but this handled one stain very well. I tried it on couch cushion with "well established" stains, and I think I'm going to have to keep applying or go a different route. A couple of "downside" observations...I am left handed so struggled with the right-handed mitt. I actually tried it on my left without putting my thumb in, but it was unwieldy. Also, the green mitt "shed" a bit with scrubbing (on a white couch).

I do love the product so far, but somehow ended up with a mitt for my left hand. I don’t remember actively selecting this (not sure if it was the default choice), but wish I was prompted with a question of whether I wanted a mitt for my left or right hand. I have to switch it over to my right without the thumb, which isn’t ideal.

The product seems to clean well, however, the spray bottle provided only sprays in a very pointed spray pattern, which leaves lines no matter how much you scrub afterwards with a damp green mitt. When I switched to a different spray bottle that disperse the spray more evenly, none of these lines and wet marks appeared. Definitely change up your spray nozzles.

I got it to clean a non washable rug and some dirty spots on carpet. The rug looked good but it didn’t do the best on the carpet. If it had really cleaned it would have given youn5 stars. A bit disappointed especially based on the price. Expected better after seeing all videos on Facebook

It was great, it definitely cleaned my nice couch which is why I bought it! Very pleased with the product! My green mitt did have a hole in it in its first use. Not sure if it was already there or made while cleaning on first use. (Trying to contact customer service)

This worked very well to clean recent spots on my off-white sofa, but did not remove older stains on another upholstered chair. This was not necessarily advertised to remove old stains, but I was hopeful! I washed the green mitt before using it to reduce the shedding and that helped a bit. It's easy to use and quick to clean up spots on upholstery.

I was totally skeptical about using this product. Unfortunately I did not take any pictures of before and after as I just wanted to see if this solution and mitt really worked. It worked on most spots and stains abut not all. I would say it was 85% effective on getting my linen upholstery clean. I had to use a lot more physical effort then anticipated, rubbing back and forth several times over. Quite exhausting! There is one spot that will not budge on my linen settee. I also used it on my subrella cushions and had the most ease and success with those pieces. Products are great, but i did not enjoy having to take 30 minutes to finally get clear instruction. i still don't know yet if the mitt can be washed after use to clean well. Even the video does not give clear info like do we always use both sides of mit and on each surface both sides???

So I have used the mitt and the super concentrate just one time so far. I am definitely impressed. I used it on the fabric slip cover of my sofa and when I rinsed the mitt in the solution of warm water with a bit of concentrate the water did turn dingy. It is so much better without having to disassemble the sofa to remove the covers. It's not quite as good as taking them off and machine washing them, but pretty close! I'm a fan for sure!

It cleans very well, I was shocked. I was very confused by all of the bottles and what does what because they all look the same and the names aren't really all that different. Also, the green mit takes a very long time to dry especially because it's suggested not to put it in the dryer.

The cleaning solution itself was impressive. Definitely removed the soil and spots. However, the green mitt doesn't do much to remove the extra liquid from the fabric. I ended up using my Shark Stain Stryker suction attachment to remove the excess liquid and solution.

I've only used these products once since I received them. I can't say if the product did a good job, or if it was just me scrubbing the fabric on the furniture that helped clean them. The mit seems useless to me, it was too fluffy. I used a clean rag.
