This product works great!

Bottle leaks when trying to spray the liquid. No directions explaining two bucket method on having two buckets, one for diluted solution and other for clean water rinse. I had to look on website to figure out how to use the product. Washed sofa wrong the first time. Later I’ll try it again.

After using the Green Mitt, I am finding green pieces of the mitt all over. I am not sure why the green mitt is shedding green specs on the carpet, furniture, etc. It makes more work for me to pick up all the green bits. I tried the cleaner on my comforter to try and remove some yellowing on it but after following the directions precisely, the yellowing has not diminished at all. Not happy with the product for the price point.

How can this be used in a carpet cleaner?

I’m not sure if it works, to tell you the truth. I used it on a fabric couch that has not been cleaned in for five years.. I did one cushion and it looks exactly the same as the other two after it dried. It would be more helpful if the mitt was a lighter color so you could see if it’s actually picking up dirt or not.

The cleaning system worked perfectly and it was very easy to use. I would highly recommend it!!

Works great on pet stains

Unfortunately, it didn't work for me. The stains are still very visible on my seat cushions. I watched multiple YouTube videos to make sure I was doing it correctly but that didn't help. Disappointed, especially because of the cost.

Do not see any difference to my regular sponge and organic cleaner- actually mitt sheds green and cannot be machine washed- smells yucky when wrung out- overall not nearly worth the money- extremely disappointed!!!!

I followed the instructions including vacuuming before, two separate buckets etc. It did remove some stains and the upholstery looks refreshed but, on bigger stains it didn’t work very well and left a rim around it.

When I cleaned my recliner, it showed improvement. Unfortunately, I’ve cleaned two spots in my carpet multiple times and they are not coming out at all. You can even tell that the area around the stain is lighter. I have before and after photos I can share Is there something else I can try?

The mitt and cleaner are just ok, the spot remover was useless. I tried multiple times to remove the stains and it was not effective.. I used a different stain cleaner and it came out beautifully.

I did not get quite the results I was expecting. A bit confused on which spray to use when.. I’m just wanting to spot clean not clean an entire sofa. Would be great if you had better instructions geared towards just spot cleaning.

The spot cleaner arrived with a leak at the bottom of the bottle. I was able to transfer most of the solution to another bottle. The top also keeps falling off the spray bottle which leads to the solution spilling over my couch.

Great product that actually works!

For the cost, I was really hoping it would be magical. It was not. I had a stain on my carpet and it did not work. I followed the instructions. Also, my outdoor furniture, it worked, but not magical... Would not recommend spending that much money for this product.

I have a cream colored couch and the videos posted online seem pretty misleading. I cleaned the cushions as directed and the water got a little dirty, but not significantly dirty and the stains are still there. I think the cushions might actually look worse.

Effective but probably a little pricey. The mitt is a nice add on to assist in cleaning instead of using paper towels but you can buy mitts for cheap and didn't seem like the cleaner was all that different than other stock carpet cleaners. But it was effective in removing most surface stains. 2 buckets is just a lot of work as well, understand the reason for it but 1 bucket seemed to be fine as well. A lot of work required to clean. Would rather spray something, use a mitt and be done.

I’m very impressed with how well this system works! It truly removed stains from upholstered chairs and a sofa.

Still learning how to use it but it doesn't seem like a miracle product that was worth $100 yet. I'm open to coaching to get more out of the product, though!

The bottles are not labeled well and the instructions were missing information. How much of the 32 oz bottle do you spray on the stain? What side of the mit do you use. How is the area going to dry. Had to go online to find out when to apply the spot cleaner. You get a bottle in there the package and the card doesn’t even reference it. My 25 year old daughter even commented on the vague labels and instructions. We had to go online to help us figure it all out.

I am not impressed. I spent an hour scrubbing two couches and an arm chair and they barely look any cleaner. I was skeptical before trying this product since in the sample videos they are cleaning couches that already look very clean. I have three young children and our furniture gets a lot of wear and tear. I was really hoping this would be a good solution, but unfortunately, I am pretty disappointed.

I was shocked how well this worked with minimal effort! Love it!

Disappointed in product results. Stains on favorite upholstered chair remain after using product today, and a ring now remains on the fabric in area I sprayed and wiped with green mit. I’d like to return for refund.
