My dogs pee'd all over the bottom of a fabric dog crate and I didn't notice it until it was all dried up and stained. I used this product and as soon as I sprayed the urine, it began to loosen up and LIFT OFF THE FABRIC! I couldn't believe it. Absolutely saved me and my expensive carpet when my two dogs tracked a bunch of mud inside. Follow the instructions and use the fabric cleaner before the spot cleaner, let it sit for 5 mins before going at it with the mitt, and it works like a charm. Very satisfied with my experience.

The day after we received the Green Mitt Kit, we tried it on several stains. Two of the stains are completely gone, and we are thrilled! Our cat vomited on our off-white berber carpeting several months ago. Those stains didn't come off completely, but were much improved. So far I have only used it on one chair, but as it is my husbands recliner in the family room it is a doozy. I did clean all over first with super concentrate but I left it on for 15mins before I used the green mitt. It cleaned beautifully except for the area where his head rests. I had a stubborn stain on my berber carpet. I was hesitant about this purchase because it seemed kind of expensive. I got the kit today and immediately tested it out on the stain. I have only used it a couple of times; once on a stubbornly stained purple velour couch, and once on a rug with a new mystery stain (likely from a dog's tennis ball). The couch will take another round (it was my first try), but I am pleasantly surprised by the outcome of the first attempt! I am really pleased!
