Works great! I used it on my outdoor furniture which had mud splatter stains. I was a little skeptical at first because the stains did not seem to be coming out. By the time I was done rinsing the mitt and putting away the cleaners, the spots were all gone! I forgot to take pictures, but it was like magic.

Okay....I like many of the people who wrote in thought this is not going to work like they say. Well....I was wrong...White cloth sofa....daughter had a little monthly accident.....totally gone....can't even see a hint of stain. You've got my vote. The spot and stain cleaner and mitt work great. I bought it for my navy fabric couch that my child eats an RX Bar and popsicles on every day. I sprayed the product on, left it for 2 minutes, then sprayed some product on the green microfiber mit and scrubbed the spots a bit and they lifted right out. I was using The Chemical Guys fabric cleaner before this and it wasn't working great, plus obviously had chemicals. Surprisingly a win for a product advertised on Facebook!!!

WOW!!! I am skeptical when it come to "too good to be true" products, but my very light gray (almost white) couch has been a mess for a few years from pets and teenage boys (dirt and stains) . This cushion was pretty soiled from dogs and our young daughter. I do think the cleaning helped but it didnt remove everything, entirely. I plan to do a 2nd treatment and see if it lifts everything. It definitely removed light doggy dander on the sides where the dogs rub their backs. For a light refresh id recommend.

The amount of work scrubbing was amazing! A lot of labor. It definitely cleaned the chairs but I’d say it cleaned just as much as oxygen bleach or a different upholstery cleaner. I’m not unhappy with with product but $100 for vigorous scrubbing and a standard clean was a bit disappointing

Soft surface cleaner worked really well in my sofa. I’m not crazy about the mitt. It shedded some and a piece of the longer side just fell off when I was cleaning. Would recommend the cleaner, but not the mitt.
